      Business has refused to resolve my complaint.
      I called twice to express my concerns and went back to their showroom once to express my concerns.

      I chose F&F Construction based on a contractor's recommendation for my granite countertops. Initially, everything seemed promising—the selection process at their warehouse was smooth, and their professionalism during templating and installation was commendable.
      However, the excitement of owning the above mid-priced stone turned into disappointment when I attempted to clean it. Despite using recommended granite cleaner and polish, a persistent film coated the countertops, making them look perpetually dirty. This was a stark contrast to the granite in my previous home..
      Upon returning to F&F for backsplashes, I was shown that my stone in their warehouse also had the same film. When I voiced my concerns, the response was unsatisfactory. They claimed, "It's the stone you chose," which didn't align with the standard I expected for my home.
      To add to the frustration, my countertops developed scratches despite minimal use—merely a coffee pot, cat food bowls, and cans were placed on them. My appliance delivery was delayed so I didn’t have a stove to cook on.
      Contacting F&F's representative, Marty, resulted in promises of sending someone to address the issues, but the resolution never materialized.
      Months have passed since my $4,000 investment, and my countertops remain a constant eyesore. The offer of a "free" sink turned out to be a mismatch with the granite, further highlighting the disconnect in their product offerings. What business owner thinks that clients spending thousands of dollars on granite want to pair it with a low gauge and low grade stainless sink?
      Overall, the lack of a satisfactory resolution, coupled with subpar product quality has left me deeply disappointed with F&F Construction's service and their inferior granite product.
