I would leave a zero star if I could. I have had problems with them in the past but did not know where else to go under the circumstances. ..We had an hour and a half drive one way, so we called ahead and explained what we needed (sutures that came out to be put back in). They assured us they could do it so we drove up there. A young girl came out to take him in (Covid protocol, no one can go in) but she refused to leave the gentle leader I had on him and put a choke rope on him and to spite the fact I told her we never used a choke on him and he had separation anxiety, to please use the lead on I had on him, she refused and pulled him in, choking, gagging, and dragging his feet. Great way to show you care about my pet! After a half hour we got a call from the Vet, Chris H , apparently was not "comfortable putting sutures in" even though it was sutured three hours prior to our arrival and had been for three days prior, and they stated they could re-suture it before we drove up there. Even after we repeatedly insisted it be done. We were not sure what " not comfortable" meant so we are guessing he did not know how to) . An hour later we left with the dog with the huge open wound in the same condition as when we arrived and they refused to release him back to me until we paid them $200 for the visit even though they did nothing. I disputed the payment through my bank, and the money was returned to me. BUT they continue to send me a bill each month with interest tacked on. AGAIN- DO NOT GO HERE. I am now using ******* ********** *********** in Albany and they are wonderful! Go there instead, it's worth the 2 1/2 hour drive!
