    My Car was towed there on June 28th, I have CarShield whos been waiting for Nissan to send photos for my claim for my car to be fixed and was told they are closed, my driver window has been open over a month with nothing but rain wetting the inside up. When I contact them the calls are transferred to **************** Nissan the customer service is very rude and told me theres nothing she can do and please contact a number when I contacted them they transferred the call back to the same lady who proceeded to get rude and say I gave you the number to contact why did you call me back. I explained that Im contacting the number she gave me and they sent the call back to her. This I horrible my car is fully paid for and now no one trying help. Never again

    I wish I would have read all the other bad reviews before coming to this dealership. I went to do a lease buy out and ended paying way more than I could have ever imagined. They took the keys to my car telling me they needed to read the odometer and after waiting over 15 mins I inquired about my keys and at that time I was notified that it was being inspected. I asked why and was told that in order to buy out the lease I needed to have it inspected to ensure car was good before financing. Come to find out they inspected it because they were going to charge me thousands so that my car could now be pre certified and I couldn't get the lease buy out unless I pre certified the car. Then they charged me for servicing it and till this day I have no idea what they did to service it. No one discussed with me what they allgedly fixed. They did mention replacing my windshield wipers but they gave me some.horrible wipers that don't even clean my windshield fully. The ones I already had on the car were perfectly fine and there was no reason to replace it. I was told in order to use my bank for financing I would be charged an additional **** and had to go with Nissan financing to avoid the extra charge. They pretty much lied to me about everything. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I don't even want to deal.with Nissan ever again.

    My vehicle had 7 months until the lease was up. this is my 6th Nissan....I received a phone call from a salesman saying they want to "BUY BACK' my vehicle. I had NO intention on returning it until 7 months later. The salesman said they'd give me a deal and get me into a new lease. I explained that my mileage was ****** miles over the contract. I was assured by the sales manager (******?) that the mileage would be WAIVED being that I'm getting another car. @ weeks after my purchase/exchange/BUY BACK I received a bill from Nissan for over $3,000.00 for the mileage that I was told would be waived. This is 2 months ago. I call and am told to speak to ****. He's the ***** **** or ****************** told me to come by and see him. I asked what day would be good. I go and he's not there, knowing I was going to see him. I'm too old to play the game. I'm being nice because it's the only way to be, but don't play with my time and me. Another gentleman named ******* took over. I spoke with him in person and twice so far over the phone waiting on a call back from him at this time. It seems i have to call and remind them once a week and still haven't come to a solution. I spoke with ******* the other day. He said he'd call me back. I'm still waiting. With all that, I still sent them someone to purchase a vehicle, which they did. Hope to hear from someone there that will help me. I'll be stopping in to remind them if I dont.......

    1st & last time dealing with these people I got approved for 21,000$ loan and I paid **** down payment they let me test drive the car I wanted and then when I received a car it was a different car all bent up and when I told them thats not car they told me thats the car I have to get because the paper work is signed so they scammed me big time I did not leave with the vehicle and want a complete refund

    I went to Rockaway Nissan to finance my lease buyout. They took my deposit before I was able to get in contact with anyone from the finance department. When I was able to speak to someone in finance, she threw a bunch of their overpriced worth $8,000 I did not ask for, nor did I have any interest in purchasing. She got snippy as soon as protested and began asking her for a breakdown of everything she was charging me. She got on the phone with another gentlemen, deeming me as difficult. The gentleman walked in and introduced himself as the manager who would at first also refuse to explain to give me a breakdown everything they were charging me. He would eventually cave in, however I felt he was leaving out certain charges. When asked how much they were charging me to certify my car as a certified pre-owned vehicle, or a CPO, he completely deflected and began gaslighting me on why I should accept his overpriced warranty. When I demanded him to remove all the unwanted charges, he grew frustrated and called in one of his Hispanic sales reps to butter me up in Spanish as I myself am Hispanic. When that failed, he then brought in another younger man. At this point I had three other men trying to strong arm me into falling into their $37,000 fraud. I eventually got up and walked away, having to demand my receipt for my down payment from the manager who put it in a folder when he thought I wasnt looking, and my keys from one of the salesmen. When I handed my receipt and demanded my money back, I was told Id have to come back in the morning. Luckily, a salesman named ************, who seemed to be the only decent person at this dealership managed to give me my money back in cash. LEASE BUYERS BEWARE! If youre a Nissan lessee looking to purchase your leased Nissan vehicle, AVOID DEALERSHIPS. Call Nissan for the amount you owe on the vehicle. You can either send Nissan Corporate a check DIRECTLY. If you chose to finance, you can do so through your bank or credit union.

    My lease ends this month I went to two dealerships same ownership the first dealership was ****** ** ********* Centre and Rockaway Nissan I have to say that Rockaway Nissan was just great the Manager and sales team was excellent took my family for a test drive and the Manager came over to discuss my options 5stars team as far as ****** ** ********* Centre needs a lot of training they made me wait over two hours to test drive a vehicle they didn’t have being in the business for over 30 years I never been mistreated and the sales manager didn’t even get of his desk they need to get Rockaway Nissan to train them stay far away As far as the service department the Manager was excellent the service writer Needs to learn a little diplomacy what happened to this industry?

    I am so heartbroken by the experience I've had with Rockaway Nissan on *** ******** ****** today. I traded in a 2021 Nissan Rouge after being bombarded with calls and letters I decided to trade it in... I was then presented with a Nissan Rouge Platinum 2022 the cost of the car was 51,000+ dollars car payment of $924 insurance $408. I would admit that when the guy started off his speel I didn't understand clearly what he was explaining. As time progressed the car payments became too much for me so I decided to go and try and see how best they could help me with getting me lower payments and lets just say things went downhill from there! They tried to get me into another car but because I have negative equity I was told that I would need someone to cosign I got my cousin to help with the cosign the finance manager told me I was approved for a new payment of 760 dollars and that's the best the bank could do, I told him that it was still high and that I don't want the new car anymore... He then brings another finance manager in who tells me that yes i did get approved but I must pay a 2500.00 down payment in order to get the payment of 760. I said but *** never said that I had to pay anything down! He called in *** and asked *** what did he tell me about the approval, *** says I told her she got the approval and zero down! The look on the other FM face was frustration cause he said noooo you can't tell her that and then turns and apologize to me but in the same breath asked me if I have 2500 now to make the dp?! I said Noo and *** looked as though he didn't care he walked out without even an apology. At that point the new FM get apologizing and saying it was not my fault that I should have had a better explanation... I'm sad because now I have a car I can't afford and really thought they were genuine people.. but they do not care and now I continue to struggle to make payments. After reading several reviews I realize that this is the norm with Rockaway Nissan

    These people is the worst I have done business with. I went there to buy my vehicle at the end of the lease. After the sales representative ***************** that I was buying the vehicle out cash, he went and got his manager *** or Saleem to convince me to finance the buy out. I told the manager I am paying out for the vehicle and I just want to know my final number, the manager told me that they dont deal with with buying out if I am paying off in full for the vehicle, I will have to call Nissan Directly.At the dealership I called Nissan and the representative at the other end of the line told me that the dealer ship should be able to closed the deal. However, after I explained what I was being told. The representative was able to give me my final number and asked me to ask the manager for a odometer statement.What the sales representative *** told me after an hour of waiting is, that I have to take the vehicle and have it inspected at a reputable shop and they will give me a print out. When I told him that my vehicle has all the service records here at the dealership why cant they just inspect here. I was told they cant do it anymore because I am buy out the vehicle in full.The first thing the sales rep ask me for before he started doing anything is my license and a credit card for a down payment of $250. This money is under dispute because it wasnt reimbursed and they didnt do anything for me.
