    In May 2024, I went into contract with Laundrylux Distribution to purchase and install laundromat equipment. The ** of Sales designed my floor plan and suggested the machine mix of sizes I should purchase and also committed to installing 3 tankless water heaters and replacing 40 water bibs. After many months of delays, I opened my store on Dec 3, 2024. Laundrylux failed to deliver on several commitments in our contract and refuse to adjust my original loan amount. 1) 3 tankless water heaters @ $27,000. Laundrylux installed the water heaters without a permit or using a licensed plumber. During inspections, 5 code violations were identified and would not be signed off. I ended up purchasing tanked water heaters from a licensed plumber and had them installed for ******. 2) 40 water bib replacements. Since Laundrylux failed to produce a licensed plumber, I had to hire a plumber to purchase and install the new bibs for $3,000. 3) The floor plan the ** of Sales drew up was not *** compliant, verified by the designer I had to hire and a **** inspector. Since he oversold me equipment, he had to take 3 washers back at ******. 4) I was charged 4 bases for the small machines at *****, which were never delivered. 5) The ** of Sales was unfamiliar with SF water codes and failed to reach out to the ***. The gallons per minute (GPM) is too high for the meter and sewer line. The City suggested changing out the larger machines for smaller machines. The ** of Sales said he did not want to take the machines back but had another solution. Build a trough that will trickle the water flow to the sewer. I agreed with his solution. I am now being asked to pay for the trough @ ***** which is a result of his lack of knowledge. The loan needs to be adjusted by more than 53k because they did not provide everything in our contract. I have asked the ** of Sales and General Manager several times to fix this and my requests are either stonewalled or ignored.

    11 months ago, we Purchased 6 Electrolux dryers from this company. The week following installation we started to have issues with the dryers. Some of the issues that started the following week and are still happening. Lint is building up in areas that cannot be accessed or hard to access. Lint is building up around dryer wheels. It gets caught under wheels and makes the drum jump. Lint is building up around blower fan, which is a huge fire hazard. Lint is building up on the black seal around dryer. The black seal falling apart and dropping pieces under the rollers. the black seal has pressure points and is coming off. Dryers are not square. We have had one incident where some of a customer's clothes got over heated and burned, melted. That was a lint build up. We have to tear the dryers apart every few days, clean out all lint that we can find and put back together. We have to hire a tec to do this. Dryer lint traps are cleaned daily. The company will not replace the dryers or refund the price we paid for dryers. We have been trying to settle this, but we have had no success in getting a resolution to the problem. We purchased $80,000 worth of washers and dryers from them. We are only having trouble with the dryers. After researching the product online, we have found that Electrolux has had problems with most of their dryers. There have been lawsuits. Fires have started because of the lint build in Electrolux dryers. We have contacted this company over and over again and have been getting the run around. We have spoken with ***************************** warranty and Field Ops coordinator; we have pleaded with her for a resolution. No luck at all. The dryers are still under warranty. They were also under warranty when the problem started.
