      This place should be shut down! I sent a amp back bc it was no good, they told me they would send me out a new amp once the old one was returned. Waited weeks to get that one after numerous emails and them saying they were testing my amp and any other lie they could say. Well the new amp came (which was one they had worked on, and was not new) and that one didn't work at all, so I sent it back. Well now after almost 2 months I'm still waiting on a refund. I was told 3 to 5 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks after they recieved the second amp back and I still haven't received my money back. When I email them they take days to respond and just keep blowing me off saying my money is coming. I didn't know a return takes so long I think they are stealing people's money. Do not buy from rockville audio bc this is who you will have to deal with and they are liars and scammers. They should be shut down. Wish I could post all 30 emails where they are telling lies constantly!!

      Hassle free returns is a lie. Charging me shipping to return item that was wrong size. Will pay more money elsewhere for better service. Don't fall for the low price, hassle free advertising pay more elsewhere and avoid this company's HASSLES. Now my unopened box of stuff I paid to ship back. I wait for them to inspect to give me my money instead of a simple exchange for the right size item. Way to make it as "hassle free" on me audioripoff

      Hello *****, Listening to your phone conversation with us it is our understanding we did not send you the wrong size item, but you may have accidentally ordered the wrong song size for your needs. On all of our websites our refund return policy is clearly stated on our policies page as such :Non-defective items:If you want to return your item within the first 90 days of when it was delivered to you; you have the following options:"You may exchange the item for another item of your choice. If the item you choose is more or less money we will work out the price difference with you. The customer is responsible to ship the item back to us. Please note if the item you return is used there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your credit.You may receive a refund for the item less a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible to ship the item back to us."We are sorry to hear you are displeased with our current return policies. If tere is anything we can do to assist you please let us know.

      I was wrong, but this is still a problem for me. I ordered a new item from this company on **** in the past 3 months and they have a 100% satisfaction gaurantee or money back on **** only. My mistake to go strait to audiosavings site thinking I would receive the same service as on ****. I guess they like paying the **** costs more than helping the customers who were trying to cut out one of the middle men for saving on both ends. MY BAD, SORRY

      Hello, The same applies to all of our stores not just ***** You returned your item and a refund (money Back) was promptly issued to you. I am not understanding perhaps what difference in policy you believe to be true between out stores in regards to returning an item for a full refund. Our policies are the same across all of our sites. Again we are sorry if this is not clear for you or you find one of our stores easier to order from then another. However it is also why we choose to sell on many stores front's outside of our home site like ***** ******, etc so our customers can freely choose the store they are happiest ordering from.

      In spite of all other reviews, I have had nothing but awesome experiences several times. Love rockville equipment, value, quality, and tech support... just can't beat it for the money!       Hello, Unfortunately I do not see any interactions using the customers email, name or info you have provided. We do not often use any discount codes. We have one single code that is limited time for a free tee shirt. That is the only code we have or use. I am /not sure what you mean when referring to "won't answer back when asked about merchandise I purchased." as we do have a 1-2 email response turnaround time . I did not see any emails from you under the email listed here. We are happy to help any and all of our customers.       DO NOT ORDER FROM UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!!I ordered 1 system and they charged and shipped me for 2. I called them up when I got the notification that I was charged for 2 and she said it wasnt in the system and to call back in a few hours because it wouldnt ship out that day so I have time to cancel. I called back in 2 hours like she said and she told me they shipped after telling me 2 hours before that it wouldnt until the next day. After that she told me to just call back when It come she would send the return label and I wouldnt have to pay anything to return it since I called before it shipped trying to cancel it. When they came I called back for the return label and told her who I was and what happened and then she tells me according to the policy, I have to pay return shipping. I said I called and tried to cancel it before it even shipped and that I was told I wouldnt be charged to return it. She asks is there anything in writing or documented on that because she didnt see it so I gave up and kept it because it wood cost just as much as the system was to send it back. Will never waste time on their website again! And if you have to pay more ordering somewhere else, I promise its worth it. There is no customer service.

That does not show any double orders or reference the issues you are mentioning. If you provide us with the order number or current info on the order we are discussing I would be happy to look into why you were told you would have to pay for a return label, As yes that should have been given to you free if located within ******* If requested within the first 30 days of purchase.

      I am extremely upset with this company. I order four speakers 3 weeks ago threw ****** for a wedding I was booked to Djing for on Nov 13th 2021. I had a delivery date off Nov 3- Nov 8th. I waited until Nov 8th for the speakers, they never arrived so I called ****** to find out what was happening. The tracking number said that the speakers were on the way so I didn't think to much of it. They didn't arrive so I got worried. I had ****** reach out to audio savings to see what was going on. According to an Audio Savings rep my speakers were lost in transit or there was a scanning issue by ****** I called ***** and they said they never received any speakers from Audio Savings and Audio Savings was not be truthful with me. Audio Savings repeatedly told me that my speakers were shipped and ***** had picked them up on 10/28/2021. If I did not call Audio Savings, I would've never known anything because my delivery status on ****** kept saying on the way. Audio Savings knew they lost my product and never let me know anything. With a wedding to DJ on Nov 13th I politely asked if they could possibly overnight me some speakers or give me some sort of discount for my troubles. They said "we don't do that". Now I'm forced to find some speakers for this wedding, Everything seems to be booked up and already rented out so I'm in trouble. If I were notified early about my product being lost in transit ( whatever that means) I would have had time to make some last minute adjustments. The Rep I spoke to was very nasty and not very understanding. I was told by Audio Savings the only thing they could do was re-order my product, not even caring about the inconvenience this caused me. They have horrible customer service and I will not recommend them to anyone else. Because they had to reorder my speaker it is going to be another week and half to two weeks before I get them now. I told the rep just send me the ones I paid for. Thanks to ****** the gave me a credit that I'll be using to rent some speakers for the wedding if I can find some. ****** stood on their companies morals and values while Audio Savings pointed fingers and blamed ***** and did nothing for my inconvenience. (Audio Savings) Horrible way to treat a customer who spends their hard earned dollars with you.

      This company simply needs an intelligent restructuring to actually fulfill customer needs. At the moment theyre not being up front about shipping times, cost, or options. They are trying really hard, the leader is stupid, and that is not the workers fault. Only order from Audiosavings if you truly have no other options. Hopefully they will be removed from ****** until theyre a real company.

      i ordered an audio-technica microphone and it was dead on arrival. i went back to the site i bought it (******) and printed the return label and delivered it to a *** drop off point a couple days later. a week later i recieved an email that the item was returned and was confirmed to be defective and i should get a refund within 10 days. a month went by and i never recieved my money. in short, i opened to customer service tickets on ****** and both times a representative told audio savings to hurry up and give me my money, and i spent 3 days arguing with audio savings because they claimed (obviously a lie) to refund me, but i had no record on my bank account of a refun and ****** had no record of them sending money or me recieving it. it was resolved because i opened a marketplace claim through ****** and emailed audio savings that both me and ****** could prove they still had my money and that they would be forced to give it to me. they apologized and said i should be getting it in 5 days, then immediately i got emails saying the *** was resolved, that the item was returned, and that i should be recieving a refund. i got another email a little later about my marketplace claim saying i will get my money in a couple days, so i checked and i finally recieved it in october, over a month after i placed the ***

      I ordered a set of Rockville subwoofers in August 2020 and then a Rockville amp as per there suggestion in October 2020.   By November the amp shorted out and as the rockville website said they offer no hassle 90 day returns for full money back plus free return shipping.  I shipped both subs and the amp together.   9 months go by,  it's now nearly August 2021 and they finally email me asking if I want a exchange or refund.  I reply asking for a refund.   I'm expecting to be refunded both purchases.  I get an email for a partial refund of close to $150.00 USD meanwhile I spent over $575.00  USD with the two subs, amp and the price to ship it back.   I wouldnt ever do business with them again.   They are selling garbage and scamming you for your refund.

      Hello, We are sorry to hear about this. I see you are stating it took us 9 months to resolve this for you. I looked into both of these orders and that does not seem to be a factual statement. Your order for the W12K6D2 V2 Speaker was placed on 08/19/2020 11:47 PM . On 10/20/2020 you elected to open up a Paypal Dispute case for a refund. When a customer opens a case with ****** .. ****** puts your funds on hold from Us and You until the item is delivered and from there ****** releases the funds back to you. Not us, as the ****** case you opened as soon as we received your return item, was taken back by ****** from us. So they would be refunding you directly not us in that situation. However, you messaged us on July 34th inquiring on your refund status. we advised this takes ****** 3-5 Biz days. After that I see a chain of over 30 emails where you seemed to be upset that a refund for your seperate amplifier order was not yet refunded. Again that was because you opened a ****** case on that order as well, where ****** put a hold on your funds and would be refunding you. We did advise you of this and also did advise you on contacting ****** in regards to why they may be holding your funds. As they would not disclose that information to us. We had even reached out to ****** ourselves for you and was able to get you copies of the refund receipts from ******. We had tried to assist you in every way we could, unfortunately we cannot control the speed or operations at ****** where you had opened these cases. I wish we could have done more for you in regards getting ****** to reimburse your funds faster. Unfortunately when a case is opened into a third party company it does limit what we can do versus dealing directly with us. We are very sorry you had such a frustrating excp. and it is certainly not the normal here for our customers. We truly apologize.
