Since I paid the down payment and took the car into my possession there have been constant problems with the vehicle. When the car was first picked up on December 5th the check engine light was on and we were told that it was just the gas cap by the dealer, then it came back on and stayed on until we took it to a mechanic and he said the code that presented was an ********* and that the car shouldn't have passed inspection. Since then the problems have snowballed, the car has been leaking gas, and when it's turned on you can smell gas fumes inside and outside the car. The parts the dealer claimed to replace or fix were the brake line, gas tank, gas tank housing, Evap leak, and the fuel filter. This was supposed to have fixed the problem and made the car run smoothly and efficiently. We requested detailed receipts for the repairs done over the phone, and we would pick it up along with the fixed car. We picked up the car on 12/30/2023 the dealership didn't give us the receipts for the repairs they made as requested. The dealer instead gave us a paper that said "Customer complained of a leak" with no other indication of the work they did on the car. It's currently parked at our residence, every time we turn on the car it leaks gas underneath and you can instantly smell the fumes inside and outside the car. I am still paying for this vehicle. I haven't been driving the vehicle because of how unsafe it is. I filed a complaint with *** in hopes of resolving the issue promptly. But I have yet to hear anything back from ***. The *** requested a diagnostic be performed on the vehicle stating what was wrong and why it was in unsellable condition by a registered shop. We took it in the night before our set appointment date, January 16th to *********** in **********. We got paperwork stating what the problem with the vehicle was and were informed about two open recalls that were present before it went through the shop.

On 8/18/2023, I purchased a vehicle for my daughter from Auto Expo of Huntington. On this day I also purchased an extended auto warranty in the amount of $1590 for 2 years. On 9/5/2023, my daughter unfortunately had an accident, which totaled the vehicle. The vehicle was declared a total loss. Upon reviewing the warranty contract, I am *********** a full refund within the first 30 days regardless of reason. I will gladly produce this document to the BBB showing the clear legal standing.Per the instructions for a refund, I contacted the administrator of the warranty, Veteran's Auto Warranty. I called them on 9/11/2023. I spoke to ******* who advised me that the dealership has not forwarded payment to them and therefore they are unable to provide a refund. I immediately attempted to call the delearship, however they never answer the phone. As per the agreement, I am *********** a refund within the first 30 days of the contract. I am hoping the BBB can assist with this before I have to take legal action against the dealership. I paid for a warranty that the dealer has pocketed the money and has not forwarded payment to the administrator for the contract.

I bought a vehicle in January 27 from *************** expo. Prior to receiving the vehicle, they gave me a week so they can fix the car and put new tires on it. When I purchased the vehicle I ask them can they get the check engine light off. They responded they could. When I got the vehicle I drove it less than 30 miles away from the shop and the check engine light came on. Plus the hood started smoking. Plus the car had bad rotors and I could barely reverse. I let them know and went down to the shop getting a police report trying to get them to fix the problem. The owner only would reset the gauges. Thinking that would resolve the issue. The issues would continue I came back 3 times and have video evidence of returning the car within 30 days. Since we couldnt come to an agreement. I would like a refund on the down payment I gave of $2500.

On January 10, 2023 I bought a car from Auto Expo and I was lied to, and sold an eight cylinder, not a six cylinder. Brought it back after mechanical problems and finding out they lied and received another vehicle from them. I brought that one back because it is extremely unsafe after my mechanic looked at it and saw the reports on it. I dont even belong to the car, and they were refusing to even speak with me now.

Purchase a **** Jeep Grand Cherkoee Laredo back in August of this year. Due to delays coming in from *********** we arrived at the dealership about five minutes after they were set to close. We called to let them know and nobody would wait to hand us the keys. Left them in a location they texted us. Since then they have ghosted us and we are still waiting for a bill of sale/title on the **** Jeep Cherokee Laredo we purchased over two months ago!Three weeks after purchase car would not drop into gear. It was a simple shift linkage, which my local garage took care of for about $200 but never received a reply to my multiple emails and attempts to call. Voicemail is full and emails are pretty much ignored/ghosted after purchase. Wrong lug nuts on car (lock nuts meant for metal rims on aluminum rims) and antenna installed on car needs to be held in place by a zip tie or it swings away from the car. Really disappointed and unable to register the car due to lack of proper paperwork.Repeated attempts to request a simple bill of sale or the title have been ignored. Finally received a one sentence reply from *** that he would look into it and then radio silence again!
