    It has been such a pleasure working with Art S********** at Premium Maintenance Service. He has been very gracious, accommodating and easy to work with. I really appreciate how kind and sympathetic he was during (for us) the very trying experience of remediating a severe mold problem in our basement. In addition, his price was fair, half the cost quoted by one of the big-gun out-of-town companies. Premium Maintenance was recommended by a friend who grew up in the area and knows what’s what, and I, in turn, would recommend them to anyone who was looking for excellent service from a reliable and trustworthy firm.

    From initial call through follow-up after mold remediation was done, Art S and his staff provided outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going to happen- and then afterwards what had been done. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

    Art and his team did a great job treating the entire attic for mold. Of the 3 estimates we got, Art provided the most information up front about what needed to be done and why. Art’s price was in line with the other estimates as well. They arrived on time the day of the treatment and left the house as clean as it was when they got here.

    Our situation was complicated for various reasons, and Art wisely advised addressing the bigger problem of dust before remediating the relatively small problem of mold. He also advised us to have air scrubbers running during the cleaning. But cleaning companies don’t use scrubbers, and it would have been prohibitively expensive and logistically difficult to rent one. I hit a wall, whereupon Art offered to lend us one of his scrubbers, and delivered it personally and left it here for nearly four days. The cost was negligible and it was a godsend, although Art claims not to be a saint.
