      Hello I want to make a complaint about this complaint I’ve message the agent about asking her to see if she can recover my data and she was just rude and hang up the phone and said nah we don’t do that and I want to see if you guys can do something about it and see if you guys can do someone about it

      Hello and yes I’ve got the right information I was trying to see if I can send my phone for data recovery to recover my photos on my ***** account but the person I’ve talked to was rude and didn’t wanted to and she hang up the phone

      We received a request for data recovery from someone matching this name.  This is a record of that conversation from most recent to first contact.   It sounds like she may not actually have the physical phone anymore or is unwilling to send it in, and is hoping to recover encrypted data held within an ***** account by *****.  That would be impossible for anyone, including *****, to recover.   It is unfortunate for folks in that situation because they may have been told elsewhere that account recovery is possible, which is never the case.  Like all ****** data recovery, we can recover data only by resuscitating a phone that is dead or damaged, and extracting the data from the phone. If there's no phone, there's nothing we or anyone can do.  My impression is that ****** wants to believe that we can do the impossible because she likes our prices, and may have been falsely lead to believe that account data recovery is possible by a competitor who regularly charges 300% more than us.  If ****** still has her ****** ** *** *** she is welcome to respond to the estimate and mailing instructions we sent her to send her dead phone in for data recovery on the ticket she created.   Ticket Automation Automation Fri 04-11-25 02:10 PM  ••• PRIVATE NOTE Automation ran on this ticket.
