    I was scammed by this company. I did not order the product and was charged by them anyway. I called and emailed within 24 hrs to get a refund and though I was told it isn't a problem they refuse to refund the money. They are a very shady business. I will be pursuing legal action if needed. They keep offering discounts and are trying to mail me more products and charge me for them rather than issue the refund!Do not trust this company!

    I was excited to use AlignerCo until I have my video session where they teach you how to make the molds for your teeth. The lady was extremely rude, ******* me giving attitude and making huffing and puffing noises bc I didnt do it right the first time so much that a Man cut himself in and her out and then proceeded to go on like nothing happened he was actually nicer but then after 1 mold he transferred me back to her and it was once again uncomfortable. I requested a refund due to the fact I was treated poorly and it made me feel uncomfortable I stated I no longer wanted to continue on with the service I never received and minus the kit wanted a refund. 7 emails later they are STILL trying ton persuade and convince me to continue treatment even offering free aligners etc I DONT WANT THEM I WANT MY REFUND disrespect youre customers and you will have none especially for cheap plastic which they told me it was and if I wanted to upgrade to better quality I could for extra money SCAMMERS AND DISRESPECT

    Dont try them! Will not refund your money even if you dont get aligners. I made the mistake of not reading enough REAL reviews. They give you a 48 hour window to refund your money and by the reviews I read they wont even refund then without a fight. I do not recommend them at all.

    Poor customer service and communication. ***** after delay. At first I was asked to fill out the same form 3 different times. Then the app was buggy and they hadn't sent login info for me. Finally, they were going to ship my first set of aligners. They emailed me to confirm my address. Despite confirming it, they still mailed them to the wrong address causing further delay and offered no apology when I brought it to their attention. Then my first aligners arrived and they asked for images of them to verify the fit, which I uploaded to the app less than 2 days after receiving my aligners. After they were uploaded, complete silence. At 8 days when I was getting close to needing to start my new set, I messaged through the app to ask if they were going to ship them. I recieved no reply. I sent a traditional email 2 days later and finally received a reply stating they were waiting for my images and blaming me for the delay for not sending the photos sooner, even though I uploaded them very soon after receiving them. I was never told the app wasn't monitored and I would have to alert someone every time I uploaded anything. Overall, just poor customer service. The product is fine which is why I gave it 2 stars. Use a different company if you want to maintain your sanity.

    Do not get scammed like me, stay away from ALIGNERCO. They send you a list of demands before they will send you all of your retainers. Mind you I have already paid for ALL of them. This company will hold your retainers hostage until you leave 5 start reviews on 5 sites and send them a screenshot for proof. Then Send a testimonial video with photos holding the box.They will not respond to my emails or phone calls.
