    For my sons first birthday I ordered the 24V Range Rover Sport Ride-On Car Leather Seats Parental Remote MP4 LED Lights for $449 on March 7th from the the ************************ online store. Online it said it would take 3-7 business days for shipping. However, I never got a confirmation email but the money was taken out of my account. Now I cant get in contact with this business at all. Ive called, emailed, messaged with the live chat and get absolutely no communication back. I want a refund if this company isnt going to ship the product as advertised. Please help

    Purchased gt999 bed from kids eye candy online and received a bed with a hole in the frame and it was also the wrong bed. They do not respond to emails or phone messages.

    Hi! I ordered a car bed from kidseyecandy.com. In the description it says several times that the free mattress is included. It came without a mattress. The company said the mattress has been express shipped to me about ******************************************************************************* any sort of update. I ended up buying a mattress on Amazon. My 4 year old son has been sleeping with me for all these time that we didnt have a mattress. I dont think its fair.     I purchased a pink hoverboard for my daughters 6th birthday at the price of $179.55 on May 23, 2024 and have not heard from them. I have called, emailed and no response. The money was taking out of my bank account for n May 24, 2024. The hoverboard was an all terrain one not a normal one. I have attached a picture of what I purchased but in pink. Can you please help me?

    Ordered product still haven't even shipped it out, I see plenty of complaints from others that they never received their item and now it's got me worried. That's a lot of money to give out for no reason. They cannot be contacted through my best efforts. My next best thing was finding their address and showing up personally to pick up my order. I may if this can't be resolved online. Problem is, they have numberous address and no contact ohone that can speak to anybody. Emails, messages, and calls go unnoticed.

    I placed an order for a car bed for my son on December 29 order #****. After reaching out to the seller on January 4, ****, they assured me that the bed had been shipped and would provide updated tracking information on their app. Despite their website indicating a 3-5 day shipping timeline, I have not received the bed as of January 9, ****. Despite numerous attempts to contact the seller via phone and email, I have received no response. Consequently, I have initiated a dispute with PayPal to recover the $889 spent on the purchase. I am seeking assistance in expediting the refund process and intend to share my experience to alert others about the potential fraudulent nature of this website.

    I ordered 2 24V G wagons, one red and one black for my kids. In the description, the product is the bigger version with leather seats and an upgraded battery. They charged $449 each, for a total of $898. They sent me the cheap model you can find on amazon for $250. It has a single seat, smaller dimensions, and the 12 volt battery. I have called no less than ten times, and have gotten an answering machine every time. I have sent numerous messages to them, and just once someone responded, asking for evidence. After that, the communication went dead. This was purposeful, and now I see BBB complaints, it is clear the business is fraudulent. I'm sure some parents don't notice the small detaisl.

    I ordered a car bed from this company a month ago and never received it. I have tried contacting this company multiple ways my phone and email and their social media but I can never get ahold of anyone to help me. The car bed shows it was delivered but *** said it was sent back to kids eye candy. I want my $724 refunded if this company is not going to send the car bed. This company is a scam!!!!

    On 11/29/22 I purchased a PINK mototec pocket motorbike for my 12 yo Daughter. The bike was delivered 12/3/22 but I was not able to get to it until 12/23. At this time, I noticed the company not only sent the wrong color (RED) but a totally different bike altogether and I immediately called to inform them of this. However, I was prompted to leave a VM (as there was no option to speak to anyone). I spent $444, and I understand this was around the holidays and hasn't been that long, but to date (1/4/23) no one has attempted to reply back to me or my Husband about this incident. My daughter was looking forward to this Christmas gift, but she loves **** and wants what WE ordered. At first, I just wanted an exchange for the CORRECT bike, but now my trust is gone with this company and I just want a refund.I could not locate the email originally sent on 12/23/22, as I sent it directly from their site (after leaving a VM). But attached are the call records from my phone (my husband accidentally deleted the calls made from his phone) in addition to the emails I could pull, I'm also attaching the order confirmation received by the company, and pictures of what was received. Thank you for your time in this matter!

    Ordered an electronic 24V buggy on November 3rd. The website notes the items include free shipping in 3-5 business days. Contacted the company and they responded on November 15, 2022 that the item was delayed and out for shipment then. The item arrived via ***** on November 21, 2022. The item is in the box, unopened. Requested a refund via email as noted in the *** online instructions on November 25, 2022 sent a follow up email each day after requesting instructions on how to return the unopened item. Called the support line and left two voicemails and filled out the online form requesting the same information. Received an email from support on December 1, 2022 stating all sales are final and also stating "We suggest listing the item on your local marketplace ********** Instagram, etc)". I provided a screenshot of the online return policy as posted and was offered a discount to keep the item. Not wanting the item or the discount to keep it, I again requested information on how to return and was told again all sales are final. I sent second email showing the online policy that states within 30 days and was sent another response that I would have to pay to ship it back and restock. I again asked for refund instructions. I was told I would have to pay shipping and restock fee asking if I want a discount instead. Again, I asked for instructions on how to return the item. The company has refused to abide by the terms posted online. I have documented all information noted above for reference if needed.
