    I was looking for a "New A/C Compressor" for my car. I searched until I found one that was advertised as "New." I searched the page and saw that it said "New" in regards to the product type and condition instead of remanufactured. I ordered the part and saw that the part was not "New," but instead remanufactured. I contacted the seller and asked why there was a discrepancy. The seller responded with an automate response explaining what a remanufactured product is. I am able to return the product for a refund, and I want the "New" product that was being advertised.

    I ordered STGWAL STW01C02 02900-P2018 Wire Set which I never received and STGWAK BLK07 SAKA-**** CV AXLE SHAF which is too short. My calls were never returned, I'm stuck with a part I can't use, and cheated out of my money.

    I ordered the CV Axle for my ****** on or about Oct 3, 2023. I received the part from AutoPartsKart within about a week and took it to my mechanic to install. He informed me that the part was about 2-3 inches short even though I had used the companies website to specify the car, model, engine etc and it showed it to be the right part to replace mine. The part number was TO-****. A TrakMotive brand was sent EVEN THOUGH on the website I ordered a SURTRACK brand of the same part number. In any event, I have called, emailed , called and emailed to get a RMA number to return the part and receive the correct part. The company sent me an email on OCT 16 letting me know they had received the pictures of the box, the part and the mechanics pictures to document the problem. They said they would get back with me "soon". That was 10 days ago with me attempting to contact them more than 6-7 times. Please file my issue and ask the business to respond with a satisfactory answer whether this IS the right part or what they might want me to do. Thank you...........

     The last time I heard from the company,  they said  " We are sorry to hear about your issue "  We have received the pictures required and will get back with you soon.     Then,   nothing.   

    I sent the pictures that the mechanic showed measuring the part sent with the part he removed from my car to show the part sent was about 2 inches shorter and could not be installed.   It is a CV axle for my Toyota.

    If I can send the part back and get reimbursed for the part,  I would do so.      Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    First of all,  I need to apologize to you and your team for causing an issue with the CV axle for my wife's car last month.    It appears as though the FIRST mechanic informed me that the company ,   AutoPartsKart had sent the wrong part and I was attempting get the right one sent.   After not hearing from the company when I sent pictures of the parts,   I issued a complaint as the case # indicates in the headline of this message.  

       In any event,   you may CANCEL the complaint because a second mechanic confirmed it WAS the right part and he installed it in my wife's car this past weekend.  

       Again,  MY APOLOGY for the trouble and work your team had to do DUE to the first mechanic giving me the WRONG information.    I have contacted the company to tell them I was writing to you to cancel the complaint with my sincere apology to ALL.   Thank you for your help.

    It is profoundly disappointing that Auto Parts Kart is intentionally denying me any possibility of a refund by setting unreasonable conditions. This practice contradicts the basic principles of fair business and customer service. I find it particularly disrespectful that a company I trusted would adopt such tactics to avoid accountability.Despite repeated assurances that the delivery date would be updated, the clutch kit was consistently delayed without any valid explanation. It was disheartening to experience such inconsistency and disregard for a promised timeline.To compound matters, I was informed by ***** that the package was damaged and deemed undeliverable. At the seller's request, ***** discarded the damaged item. While I understand that damaged items need to be addressed appropriately, it is absolutely unacceptable that the seller is now refusing to provide any resolution or assistance without the return of the damaged item. This situation reeks of an attempt to evade responsibility, as it was the seller's own directive that led to the item's disposal.The seller through out our call tried to blame me for not knowing how to use a computer and check the shipping information my self. When I reached out to fed ex and learned the sellers policy is to discard the damaged item the only thing I could do was open a claim to investigate. I just want a refund on my purchase as I did not receive the item, wont be receiving the item and the seller has already made it clear they will not be shipping a replacement. I just want an immediate refund for this.

    APK Order# ****** Purchase date 6/20/22 Amount $317.00 I had purchased a catalytic converter for my 2009 Mini *********** failed to work properly for even 1 day. I contacted some dealers who specialize in Minis & was told the after market converter will not work because they do not have the required metals in them. I contacted the Manufacture of the converter which was Davico & was told to return this to place of purchase for a refund. I contacted ***************** & was given RMA#******* ON 1/25/23. I returned this back to them using *** Tracking# ****************** which was delv to them on 2/9. I had contacted them about my refund & was told they were sending me a check but did not know if it had been sent out yet & they would check & get back to me. Nobody calls you back so i called again & was told the same ********** sounded like I spoke with the same person. I also emailed them with no response. At this point i am frustrated & i just want what is owed to me. Also when you call you get asked to leave a messge which i have also done & nobody has called me back. Any help would be appreciated.     I purchased a part from them that had a very high core deposit attached to the sale. *** tried several times to reach someone to send back the part I had for the return of my core deposit refund but have received no response, no return information, no emails and no interest in them caring about me wanting to complete the terms of the sale.I was charged over $40 for a core deposit (on a $125 part) which was to be credited back after they received my item per THEIR terms of service. Its been to weeks and after completing the online form, sending three emails and checking the status daily, I still have the part and am still out over $40. Im extremely disappointed in this matter and feel thy 100% stole money from me without any intention to enable me to complete the terms of the core sale. I could have paid $130-$138 for the part on partsgeek, 1a auto, rock auto or ************ with a core and I would have had the money back by now but wanted to give these guys a chance since I never used them before and the price was slightly cheaper. Honor your terms and ram back my item to give me back my core deposit!!!

    8-13-200 I order a complete fuel pump hanger assembly from apk paid for express shipping recieved an email showing transaction status says processing have attempted to call also sent email for information no answers
