    Good morning,

    I have looked into the above referenced claim, and I was able to see that you applied for an auto loan at ************ on April 28, 2022 and with BX Management LLC/********************** on July 25, 2022.  At that time, the dealer would have run your credit to locate a financial institution to fund your loan and both were sent to People's Alliance FCU.

    I paid off my auto loan with Peoples Federal Credit Union July 16, 2022, I received the lien release document. Due to financial and medical hardships, I am forced to sell my car and couldn't locate the lien release document. I contacted Peoples Federal Credit Union and was advised by ******* that they will not release a copy of the lien release document until they receive payment for my current personal loan. I have a personal loan with them and explained I have missed 2 months due to my current situation but am working to resolve that matter.The auto loan was an old loan paid off last year. The auto loan was paid off and has nothing to do with the status of my current loan. ******* reiterated that the document will not be released until I'm current on my payment. I'm requesting that the auto loan (#***) lien release document be released to me. I checked with DMV and the lien is still on the title.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. They have mailed me the lien release for the auto loan.

    I keep getting letters stating my account is several days past due even though I am making all of my payments on time. it is negatively affecting my credit score. I give more than the required amount on time every month and am still somehow always late on payments. They send me condescending letters every month asking why I haven't made payments to them. They don't have online bill pay and only accept cash or check which is extremely inconvenient. it's 2023 and they don't have an online option to pay a car loan. then they lose paper work and make false claims about my account status.
