Ductless air conditioning was not working. Called for service(first time with this company) Company had me sign document to list me as their client with authorization of payment for service call. Serviceman arrived to inspect system and was told by customer that it was probably a leak causing the problem. Serviceman proceeded to fill system with refrigerant then left. 2hours later system again not working.(no cool air). Call company to complain about service tech not listening to customer. ******************** offer to make me happy and sent another service tech who at least did some testing and discovered a leak. Received a charge of almost$1000 for first tech visit which was paid. Then later received a bill for second visit (that was not asked for) for $89 Still air conditioning not working. Want second bill canceled. Never asked for second visit was offered by company to make me happy. I am not happy!!!Tried calling serveral times to discuss with service manager but didnt return call until 5 days later. When discussed manager said he would take care of charge.2weeks later received second notice of bill.Business response

We called *********************************************** as heating system was not functioning correctly. When thermostat was set the fan that forces air through the system was not activated. A serviceman from *********************************************** arrived and spent several hours. going going up and down from the basement to the first floor (location of thermostat) to no avail. He finally decided a new acquastat was needed and it had to be ordered. The technician returned with a new aquastat which again was the wrong type. Eventually they it appears that three is the charm. A new technician installed what turned out to be the right part. ***** there after billed us for three aquastats and multiple hours. We contacted the service **** and voiced our objection to three aquastats being charged and many hours of labor which were occasioned by the tech. attempting to install 2 aquastats that were wrong. **** in the service ****. agreed with and agreed to look into the matter and correct the **** and send a revised ****. That never happened despite repeated calls and e-mails to ****. The next contact was from the collection agency.Business response

We sincerely apologize, and would like to offer a free maintenance agreement for the next year on your heating system, as well as a full credit of the invoice. We are in the process of training a new billing clerk (****** retired a few months back), and a credit was supposed to be issued, though it fell through the cracks. It was removed from collections promptly on 7/19/22 when we became aware of the error. Again, we sincerely apologize.
