    I purchased a pendant and necklace on 3/14/25. Order: #******. I received the pendant on 3/25/25 and it was damaged. I immediately sent it back to this company and asked for a refund in the same way I purchased the item (via my debit card). This company refused to give me a refund. Instead, they gave me a store credit which I did not want and expressed that I did not want it. I am not comfortable purchasing anything else from this company. Especially, since my first purchase was damaged.

    I purchased 2 name plate necklaces from this online retailer unaware of the return policy, At checkout it was $87 bucks then I received final copy where I was charged $97 and dont know how! Tried canceling the order they wouldnt let me and final received the merchandise 3 weeks later and the quality looks nothing like the advertised. I asked to return it and was told I only can get a store credit!

    My original transaction was April 10th. I placed an order based on mother's day being around the corner and my mother seeing a necklace I previously purchased through the site and her wanting. With that I also purchased an engraved heart pendant. I just received my order and it looks Nothing like advertised. The heart bendant look like they went over it with a lasering machine that wasn't set properly. Even if the gold isn't real, there's no reason in the areas the pendant is engraved is showing silver. The necklace for mother that is supposed to say "Canidy" and I had bought previously with a different name is not cursive but looks like bubble letters almost. I could have accepted it if it's what I ordered ... I did contact customer service but after seeing the refund policy I wasn't going to second guess moving forward. I have to pay $5.95 to return something that was not produced correctly to begin with? And I can't get the money paid but simply a store credit .. it's understandable if its my fault but I just purchased a good. I did leave pictures and are waiting for a resolution.

    I placed an order with this company when I received my item the name was spelled wrong and the chain was tiny it was false advertisement I asked for a refund back because the name on the chain was correct they wasnt trying to refund me , the chain was suppose to say ******* and *****, I sent a picture of it

    Placed an order in early December They said it would only take two weeks Its a month later we still dont have the product We got charged for it They also signed us up for their VIP monthly subscription, which we did not agree to. They claim *** lost their product They are not offering us a refund only store credit

    I spent almost $200 for this piece of jewelry took it to a jeweler and the nameplate is not really gold. They sprayed over top of it and the chain was so thin that a broke five minutes after I put it on they, should not be able to get away with us with people and they will not give you a refund just an exchange and the replacement is another piece that is just as fake as the last one ,I would like my money refunded thank you

    I paid almost $400 for a 14K SOLID GOLD Name Plate chain and then waited 3 weeks for it to get here. when it was delivered, it was in a cheap bubble wrap envelope which should have been the first red flag. Anyways, excited and after waiting weeks to receive the necklace I open the envelope, and it is a fabric tie pouch, with a ZIPLOCK PLASTIC BAGGY STAPLED with the necklace inside. I am looking at it and NOWHERE ON IT DOES IT SAY 14K, it says 925 though, meaning it is sterling silver, gold plated. It is absolutely hideous and I am appalled that this company can even remain open with the extremely level of deceit and false advertising that is going on here. I reached out to the support and they told me basically to kick rocks and that the chain is gold plated but the name plate is solid gold... DOESNT LOOK LIKE IT AND NOWHERE ON IT DOES IT SAY IT. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have been ripped off for hundreds of dollars and no one is helping or trying to make this right.

    My mother passed away so I wanted a chain with her name. I purchased one from this company on 5/8/24. When I received the chain it was horrible. I returned the chain and requested a refund. they refuse to refund my card and keep sending me a ******** gift card that I don't want because I WILL NEVER shop from this company EVER!

    On Jan 4 2022 I purchased 2 chains from Tres Colori. I order chain silver over gold..I'm just now wearing these to find out that my neck keep breaking out and wondering what is going on. Come to find it's not real silver or gold plate.. I have a email from them stating in their own words"Just so you know, unless otherwise specified, our jewelry is crafted from *** ******** Silver, a stunning blend of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper."The problem is on their sit they are advertising real silver over gold there is nothing saying it's COPPER..I'm allergic to it copper and fake silver. I contracted them the want me to pay ***** to correct their mistake..I explained it's not broken it's fake.om not paying for something I have already paid for that should be real in the fist place.they need to replaced my order with real silver over gold ..and let everyone know these chains contain ******.i would have not bought it know it's copper.
