I kept getting emails from Fundible after I decided to hold off on continuing the process on November 16th, 2023. Right after the New Year, I reached out to fundible on January 2nd to express my interest in continuing through with the process. I finished the form and sent 4 months of bank statements. After that, everything just went quiet. I called and emailed them many times to see if there was any progress in finding loan products and I got no response. I am a big believer in communication, but to totally ignore someone is not professional. There should always be a line of communication, and if there is no loan product available, the professional thing to do is notify the customer instead of cutting off communication. I hope they can rectify the situation by answering or returning phone calls and emails.Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I was contacted by *************** and he resolved the situation. He also explain the whole process and reassured that the communication process will be better. I definitely appreciate him for reaching out to me.

I applied for a business line of credit They asked for all of my identifying information such as social and financials. They never got back to me about a decision and after a deeper ****** search I saw that they are a scam of a company. I only want formal proof that my file and info was deleted. *********************** the Account Executive began talking to me as if hes a teenager. Saying the text messages are proof enough my info has been deleted and it is not. Not when I signed a formal document online applying for it. Seems like *********************** is the main scammer himself.

Hello,
This applicant was declined for fraud. They also admitted in their texts they provided that they were submitting bank statemetns in another businesses name (highly illegal). The agent was advised to not provide feedback as per our anti-fraud policy to avoid scammers learning how to overcome our anti-fraud measures.
