I was a seven year customer and loved this place. Would have referred anyone there. But recently the business went down hill. Working with a new sales person Malik B***** and Sales Manager Donnie P. I was trying to lower my payments by agreeing to a new lease with payments I could afford. The day we went in to see our options, Malik showed us two cars to start which I wasnt interested in. I advised the car has to be black or no deal. He came bsck wirh a picture of a blackout car that he said was the blackout package. We asked if it came with the tinted windows and black rims shown in the picture and he said it did. I was very happy and took the deal. When I came back to get the car which I was told wouldnt be in for a few weeks due to being built still by Donnie, it was not the car in the picture and another sales person was helping us named Trevon. I expressed how Malik told us it would be like the picture wirh black rims and tinted windows. He talked to Donnie who advised it only comes with rhe black over lay emblem. I made a review of all of this and Donnie said "I dont know what you thought you saw but none of our cars come like that". I filed a complaint with headquarters and 3 months later Malik text me offering to give me the black rims free of charge. So I asked about the tinted windows I was promised. He said "I never told you that, and may have suggested one of my friends could do it for cheap". I immediately replied back and told him he was a liar and advised I am calling corporate again, Tom Fogarty, and BBB. He messages me back advising hell have Tom contact me. I advised I text and called him already since he gave me his number. I just want to make people away rhey are conmen there. Donnie had no right to email me and say what he said. I will never get another car from there again.
