    Hello Scott
    I’m following up on our conversation we had last fall regarding fixing a leak we have in one of our skylights that your company sealed in May 2023 that we paid $750 for this service
    Attached is the contract with your 25 year warranty along with the record of our multiple calls to fix the leak
    Recall the last time your guys came out they need a 40 ft ladder to access the roof/skylight
    Now that the weather is good please let me know when your crew will be out to fix the leak
    When I spoke to Scott he gave me the runaround as to why they will not honor their warranty which is deplorable
    We did not hire to put in a new skylight
    We hired you to fix the leaks on two skylights
    One is fine, the other still leaks
    You and I spoke about the last fall and your said your company would take care of this
    I told him will go to BBB and report this as your 25 year warranty is obviously a fraud so do you say this in your contract??
    You run a bad business and you have no integrity as the owner towards your customers and I will let everyone know
    You don’t treat customers this way …

    They are the worst people to work with. They repaired my roof but the roof was still leaking. When I called them, they don’t respond. I waited my money. Please do not work with this company.
