      I purchased an umbrella from tick tic. I could not find a person or organization to tell them they took my money but the product never went to orders

      Ordered shoes from this company on June 19 2024. As of this writing I have received no shipment information. They don't answer their phone or acknowledge emails. There has been no contact from this company since the order was placed. I need these shoes for an upcoming trip. Three weeks without any correspondence or ability to contact them is unacceptable.

      I have ordered from TicTacToes 2x in the past. This order is for a pair of organist shoes and dance shoes, the later for wedding wear. They have not charged my credit card-yet. The confirmation email was full of code, but ended in the proper facts about the order. There are no email or voice mail responses to my inquiries. They need to respond, and also take down the website if not in business. This order was placed 4/10/24.

      We ordered specialty organ shoes from Tic Tac Toes on August 1, 2023 as a birthday gift. There was a confirmation email sent to us, and the cost was $86 including shipping. I am blind and live in low income housing, and love playing the organ at church. These shoes were exciting and special to me. They have never arrived.
      We have called numerous times, however it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is always full and doesn't allow us to leave a message. We have sent emails, and there has been zero responses from Tic Tac Toes. We are asking either for money back, the shoes to be delivered OR any sort of explanation from this company.

      My mother and I were looking to purchase me a pair of new organ shoes, for my job as a parish organist. We came across Tic-Tac-Toes and decided to give them a shot. Not only did the order not come in, but my mother failed to receive a confirmation email after they took her money. Now, we've since found out that the website is still operational, including taking people's money, even though they've been out of business for years.
      We would like this business to be formally closed and the owners forced to reimburse us the payment they took from us.
