            ************ PROTECTION was sold by Rallye Lexus in July 2021, we were told that they will provide service of free pick up and drop off if there is any problem with the tires, they can fix in our home or work... On August 16, 2021, we reported of our right passengers side got nailed to Rallye, the service **** took care of everything that they picked up our car on the next day morning and dropped it off by noon. Service was excellent as what it sold to us. However... on June 19, 2023, we reported our driver rare got nailed to Rallye around 4:30 pm. We were told that they are no longer provide free pick up and drop off service that we have to bring it in to Rallye, I won't able to do that since we live in Queens and I have three younger children to take care. So we were told to call road side service on our own which mean that we have to deal it with ourselves that Rallye is no provide any further service unless we can bring the car in and make appointment with them. 20 minute later I called Rallye service **** back to request appointment and I was on hold for 30 minutes no one answer my call and then I spoke with the customer service to leave message to service **** to return my call, and leave message to Finance **** to return my call to help clarify with my tire protection service. I was very disappointed with the poor service from Rallye, aroid 6pm, I called road side service to toll my car to New Country Lexus of ********** and hope it can be fixed so I can have my car back sooner. On the next day, 6/20 I still did not receive any calls back from Rallye nor Lexus great neck either. I reached out to Great neck service ******, I was told that he did not have our tire protection info that my car was not fix until he got the info. Long story to be short, I have to call Rallye again to get my info.... there were a lot hassle to get my tire fixed and I lost day of work. I paid for the tire protection for the service for peace of mind, someone please tell me what's going wrong and how this get resolve to meet customer satifications what we sold for???

            I purchased a 2019 UX250h advertised as "barely driven" with a clean Carfax report. I dealt with members of the sales and management team; ***********************, *************************, ******************* and *****************************, among others.Subsequent maintenance revealed that my certified preowned vehicle had been involved in a significant accident and required extensive repairs which were never disclosed to me by anyone on the dishonest and duplicitous Rallye Lexus team.Details:Date of purchase: February 2023 Model: 2019 UX250h Mileage: ****** Carfax report: Clean Evidence of accident and repairs: Discovered through computer logs during routine maintenance.Disclosure by dealership: None.Impact:Loss of trust: Ralleye Lexus's failure to disclose the accident history constitutes a severe breach of trust.Financial concerns: The undisclosed damage raises concerns about potential future issues and repair costs, as well as the overall structural integrity of the vehicle should it be involved in another incident.I specifically purchased a Lexus due to the brands reputation, as well as parent company ******* to provide vehicles that are reliable safe, and last many years requiring minimal maintenance. The history of the specific vehicle that was sold to me calls its future reliability, safety and cost to maintain into question. Had anyone at Rallye Lexus been honest with me about the vehicles history, I simply would have purchased a different unit of the same model car. Unfortunately, the Rallye Lexus team chose to mislead with blatant dishonesty, so to unload a lower valued car onto an unsuspecting buyer at a highly inflated price point.This review serves as a warning to potential customers about Ralleye Lexus's deceptive practices. I urge others who have had similar experiences to come forward and share their stories.Rallye Lexus's actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for consumer trust and safety. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership.
