      I had a great experience and im extremely happy with the ****** Prescription Glasses. I was concerned with the authenticity but my glasses arrived today in the original box which is without a doubt the real deal. There is an 8 day wait before shipment but I called and the person that I spoke with was super nice and I paid for the priority mail and had my glasses in less than 1 week.

      The frames are comfortable and shipping was on time. However the premium lens package is not as advertised. They claim to put premium anti-reflective coating on the lenses. The glare is so bad, glasses cannot be worn at night. There is noticeable glare even in sunlight. Customer service states something should be reported within three days and did not want to help. This is not stated on any invoice or receipt.

      Never shipped my frames. Ordered them on 9/14/2024 and haven't received them. Requested a refund.

      Great service. Fast response to inquiry. Took a little longer than promised but not by much. I got a great pair of ******* at more than 50 percent off. Prescription is perfect

      This company is horrible to work with. They won't even touch a return/exchange for 15 - 21 days. Rude staff.

      I placed an order for glasses that included progressives. They did not arrive in the time promised, 3 week later. The day I received them I turned around and sent them an email because I could not see out of the progressives. Took to my eye dr who wrote the prescription and found that they progressive piece is too low and to the right. I have asked twice for an return authorization number and still am not hearing back. Only automatic replies.
      Not worth the aggravation to try and save a couple hundred dollars.

      Shipping took more than 3 weeks to arrive, not 7-9 business days as advertised. Glasses came out with one lense scratched. I contacted the company right away with a photo of the defect. No response. I sent 3 emails, called customer service and field their contract form online, no luck. Only automated messages that someone will contact me shortly. Never happened. I do not recommend the site, no customer service at all, can't solve the problem. I bought from them, because the price was right, but it's not worth it, as practically I don't have glasses.

      I read all the bad reviews after I had ordered from this company. I was so convinced it was a scam I ordered the same frames from another company. To my surprise the other company was a joke a pair of ****** frames in a beat of box wrapped in bubble wrap. Comfy eyewear sent me a brand new pair in a micro fiber bag in a hard case from ****** and in a box and the ****** sticker on the lens. The other company I'm sure it was a used pair even had some chips on the frame.Everything professional. Wonderful service and experience!

      This is a scam company. I placed an order and immediately started getting alerts from my credit card company about fraudulent charges. Their response was we are not responsible for the security of online orders. Stay away.

      I was really bummed out because I lost my favorite pair of ***-*** prescription eyeglasses. I was about to cough up to $400 to get them from my local optometrist/eyeglass place. Then I saw this site and I built them out for $212 with all of the extra coatings and 3 to 5 day shipping included, I’m happy to say that they showed up on time and perfect! As a matter fact, they caught MY error when I submitted my prescription online and reached out to me to correct it before they made the lenses. That was pretty surprising! I’ll definitely use this site again. A++++ :)
