      "Today I received a call from this business regarding debt I owe, the employee presented me with personal, sensitive, information; I asked REMOVEDhow he received that information, he was not able to answer the question. I then asked to speak with his supervisor, he refused to transfer the call."

      "I had a payment due on New Years eve but because my payroll REMOVEDinformed us our payday would be Friday the rude agent handling my account who talks over you when you are trying to explain to her what is going on telling me well we need your bank account number and routing number so we can run the payment friday,.
