1 starI had purchased the dribble up for both my son and daughter. After a few months I found that it was not worth the monthly subscription. However, when I received the *****, we had to set the dribble up app on the ipad. Apparently, there is a disconnect between the app store and the online dribble up website. Two accounts were created and I was being charged double. I only found this out because when I cancelled the account, the next month I received a billing receipt from *****. I've been getting charged twice on the SAME account. Now I'm out another $16.99. Sneaky stuff. Will never recommend this program to anyone.Review fromKevin M

1 starI bought as a gift and somehow it created a membership for me and I was paying for membership I did not know I had or ever planned to use. DribbleUp sales is deceiving and their customer services was less than professional.

We share this on the website, during checkout, and in a separate confirmation email that includes instructions on how to manage your account.The membership would have been activated under the email you used during checkout, with the option to claim under a different email if it's a gift. 1 starI recently purchased a Smart Basketball and a Smart Soccer Ball from Dribbleup. Before ordering, I saw several online reviews and even a news article that mentioned a stand being included with the Smart Soccer Ball. Upon receiving my order, neither ball came with a stand. When I contacted customer service, I was initially told that stands were never included with these products. This was demonstrably false based on my research. It took multiple emails and providing evidence before they acknowledged that the inclusions had changed. While they eventually offered a discount on purchasing the stands separately, the initial misinformation and the lack of clear, current information on their website regarding product inclusions was a significant disappointment. This experience required considerable effort on my part to clarify and resolve. Potential customers should be cautious and verify directly with customer service what is currently included with their order, as the website and older reviews may not be accurate.DribbleUp, Inc.

1 starComplete rip-off, purchased a ball unaware of the monthly charges taking out of my account. I would like to send the ball back as well. I don't recommend this unless you are willing to pay $18 a month for something you can watch on ******* for free.DribbleUp, Inc.

1 starThis membership is a **** and confusing to endusers;We canceled the subscription via the Apple-Store in March 2024, then still being billed for it; now finding out that they still have a "membership" you need to cancel on their website - what a SCAM.DribbleUp, Inc.

1 starThey will not let you cancel your membership. Buyer beware. They make it nearly impossible to cancel. So you have to file a complaint with the consumer protection bureau.DribbleUp, Inc.

SCAM!!!! Sadly, this looked like a fun way for my child to practice soccer skills. The app was poor at tracking the ball, which made the drills pointless. To make matters worse, in order to delete my account, the app had me type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT", which I did very accurately 5 or 6 times, each time was given an error message. Tried to contact them through the messaging on the app with no success. I ended up getting a new credit card so the crooks would stop charging me. SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!!SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!!
