    Too bad there isn't a rating for -0 cause that's what this company is , they did a brick work on my house and they made it worst then what it was , The people that they used to do the brick work had no clue on what they were doing very sloppy and unprofessional and they also replaced my front door also horrible i think this company hires people straight out of the ********** parking lot . very expensive and not worth it , I almost didn't want to pay them but I not the one to stiff anybody on work done ********** it was horrible , sloppy , expensive and unprofessional so if you thinking on hiring them or you see their advertisement flyer they leave on the door don't hire them

    From the first meeting to the completion of the job, the experience was exceptional. My phone calls or text were promptly answered. They accommodate my needs and requests to my full satisfaction. The finished bathroom is well done and looks amazing. I highly recommend Gibraltar Home Improvement and would use them again with no hesitation.

    I renovated my kitchen in August. Working with ***** was great. She was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot problems. I live in a co-op so there are many hoops to jump through and she was there every step of the way. The project was within the budget they proposed and within the time frame. Shout out to ******* and his crew! They were great! They came when they said they would and they were respectful of my home while working in a very small space.

    My experience with Gibraltar was a wonderful surprise! You hear so many renovation horror stories, but not with this company. Being new to the world of renovations my husband and I changed our original plans several times during the job and the Gibraltar crew was always good natured, accommodating and still brought the job in UNDER BUDGET! Well definitely be using Gibraltar again in the future.

    We used Gibraltar to do a complete renovation of our kitchen. They had everything in the showroom to choose from. The workers showed up on time, were polite & respectful and ************** up afterwards. Any issues were easily addressed. They stuck to the original estimate and time frame. Wed use them again.
