      I used online service for filing past year tax. Item was to arrive within 10 minutes to 24 hours. Did not arrive for hours, several so submitted rush order. This was to arrive within 9 hours. This request made on 01/30/2025. Tax return should have arrived by Friday 01/31/2025. Not received. In 01/30/2025 requests made to cancel order, then again on 01/31/2025. Email received stating email address given was not correct. , however this was received via same email address. Picture to prove email address WAS correct. Used another online service and filed taxes and received. I still have yet to recieve ordered, it is no longer needed and was not provided in the time span. It was promised or contracted to be promised.

      Hello BBB,

           This customer entered her email incorrectly on our website so she never received her tax return. After she contacted us, a copy was provided.

      We have included two emails, the first one shows that her tax return was email to her and the second email shows that the email returned back to us and was not delivered.  

      Our email system is an automated system, the email the customer provided is where her order will be sent. The screen shot she included as proof, is because she updated her email and then took a picture.

      The customer was already issued a refund for the Rush Order and we have now issued her a refund for the return.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:


      Company was to refund billed amount for filing past returns.  They did nothing but open an unauthorized loan.   Loan is to be closed and $750.00 fee refunded to me.

      Dear BBB,

      We did contact *** ***** and notified her that we had already issued her a one-time refund out of good faith.

      We also requested information regarding the loan she mentioned, we have no idea what she is talking about, she may have confused us with another website. We don't offer or provide any types of loans.

      "Yes , thank you very much much.  That was after refund request was declined.  But the submitted. Thank you."

      Past year tax is scam. They took $49.99 to prepare my taxes. They didnt prepare my taxes I manually filled them in and they didnt even efile which they lied about.

      This customer already disputed this charge with their credit card company, we replied to the card company, and they agreed with us.

      Her dispute reason was: " - Merchandise/Services Not Received", this isn't true, the email attached shows that she did receive her tax return.

      We stated on our Home page and FAQ page that we provided online self-tax preparation, after she placed her order we provided her with a copy, please view the attached email. We also stated on our Home Page, Product page and Agreement that past year returns are not efiled. Tax returns for 2019 simply cannot be efiled, there is no online site that can efile them.

      I prepared my taxes with this company and haven't received a copy of my taxes. They state on their website that they were emailed, but to whom. I paid $117 to get them done and either provide me with my taxes or refund my money so I can go to another copy to have them done.

      We searched our backup email server, and it shows that a copy of her tax return was email to **************** on 5/10/2023. We also reached out to *************** today, we included the email showing she did receive a copy on 5/10/2023 and also included another copy of her tax return. She can contact ** directly if she still has any issues.
