      They have held my money with no way to retrieve it. I also cannot contact anyone to resolve the issue. Ive been a victim of fraud from them and now the website isnt working and I am screwed.

      Firstrade is a very bad place to do business with. I warn anybody do not setup any business dealing with this brokerage firm.I began to setup a business account with ********************** and as I was setting up my account with ***, I entered my banking information and was going to transfer money into my firstrade account and in two business days they send my money back and handed me a return fee of ********************************************************** through the *** setup, once it got all setup then I made another transfer of funds to my brokerage account, but it got declined and they told me that I needed a picture ID and a bank statement to clear it, so I sent that to them. Then I tried to once again transfer my funds but they declined it once again. they wanted a statement explaining why my transfer from my bank bounced. I told them I have never had any problems with transfers from my bank. I let them know that there are plenty of brokerage firms to choose from, and I will be moving my account to another brokerage firm.
