    On 11/11/2022 I had yearly exam with **************** and was fine. I picked up several frames and decided on a brown colored one. I paid about $184 after insurance. The lenses took a long time to arrive due to supposedly issues with my insurance and lens lab.When I went to get them on 12/5/2022, the lens was correct but were placed into the wrong colored frame. They said they would remove the lens and place into the correct colored frame.I declined as I requested new frame during my original order on 11/11/22 not one on the rack. They said I would need to wait about a week or more to get new frame and I said ok and they said again they would need the current incorrect colored frame to remove those lens and place into the new frame.I said no that I did not think it appropriate to remove lens and place 8n to new frame that everything should be new that is what I paid for along with my insurance.I am speaking to the manager **** to resolve but seems they want to reuse the lens and that I do not want. I paid for new and want newit is there mistake not mine.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    they ordered a different frame and should be ready in a few days. While not the frame I wanted as no longer being made but they tried so I accept the solution.
