Our company has been targeted by individuals (especially ******** A. *******) claiming to be CCP Solutions employees, sending what are evidently scam ************, we called the number listed for CCP Solutions. At first, we were told that ******** was not in his office, but moments later, they claimed that no one by that name works there. However, online sources show that ******** A. ******* is publicly affiliated with this business, which raises serious concerns about its legitimacy and potential scam activity.******** contacted us using an email address associated with the company domain (********[at]***********). Initially, we received unsolicited and suspicious emails on personal email accounts. After blocking those, similar emails began arriving at our company email address. We have no relationship with CCP Solutions and have never done business with them. There is no unsubscribe link or clear way to stop the emails, as well as the pattern and content of such emails, which raises serious concerns about potentially deceptive or scam-like practices. We are filing formal complaints with the BBB and also the appropriate consumer protection agencies to report this activity and prevent further targeting of other individuals or businesses.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because we have not received a satisfactory response from the business regarding how they obtained our contact informationespecially given that our company has not yet launched its website. This raises serious concerns about a potential data breach. Additionally, the unprofessional tone of the outreach is troubling. Referring to our CEO by his first name in an unsolicited message is a known tactic often used by *** employees to create a false sense of familiarity and gain trust. From the very beginning, our only request was to have our companys name removed from their mailing list. However, this has not been done, nor have we received any clear confirmation that action has been taken.

In reference to the complaint filed through the BBB regarding the bombardment of spam emails our company has received, we urge you to immediately cease and desist from the ongoing flood of spam emails and repeated, unsolicited communications. We are specifically requesting that ******** A. ******* cease this aggressive and unprofessional behavior immediately. Regardless of his role, whether he acts independently, under your supervision, or as an independent contractor, it is your responsibility to ensure that such actions are stopped. The spam emails are being sent from an email address associated with your company (@***********), which further implicates your organization in this matter. We stand by our words, and the complaint is fully justified.
