    DO NOT USE!!!!!They broke my TV and refused to take responsibility for it. It was an internal crack which was not visible when they removed the bubble wrap but when I had Optimum come to set it up the next day, and we turned it on, there were a few internal cracks in the lower left corner. I watched it the night before they moved it and it was fine! They also broke a full length mirror and werent going to say anything until I brought it up. They even scratched up a very expensive and sentimental dining room table which belonged to my mother. On top of all that, I am missing a professionally taken portrait of my son as a baby. IRREPLACEABLE!!!I had to pay over $500 for a new TV comparable to the one they broke plus delivery and set up as I am a senior and could not do it myself. The owner **** ***** did beat another estimate I got but then used that as an excuse not to reimburse *** did not twist his arm to give me that price!! Plus I paid all cash and tipped all the workers!!! Everyone I spoke to said he absolutely should have taken responsibility for the TV if nothing else (he did offer to give me $100 for the TV which my late husband paid almost a $1,000 ***** insult!!!). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT MAJOR HEADACHES AND HEARTACHES!!!
