    I placed an order using their mobile app was given a 20 minute estimated wait. After 20 minutes I proceeded inside. Food wasn't ready no problem. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I was assisted. I told the employee the name for my order and she didn't respond and walked away. Wallked around the store for another 5 minutes before coming back and telling me it wasn't ready. I asked how much longer did she think it would be and she said I was right behind someone else. Back to my car for 10 minutes and when I returned inside I stood at the counter again for another 10 minutes before anyone came to assist. I overheard them saying how they had no food ready in the back and nothing was cooked and were out of a bunch of items. So I told her that I would like to cancel my order as it has now been almost an hour. She told me they couldn't cancel my order and I had to do it online. I explained that there is no way they cannot cancel my order as they have all my information and their store is receiving my money. She brings the manager over and he just blew me off the entire time. Hands in his pockets shrugging at me the entire. I explained my situation and the fact I had my two crying children in the car and I just wanted my order canceled. He insisted I had to cancel online and I posed the question of what happens if someone places and order and just doesn't show up to grab it. He replied "We throw it out at the end of the night and we don't get paid." Meaning they cancel the order at the end of the night. So I again ask him to cancel my order just like he would at the end of the night and he just shrugged and again told me i needed to cancel online. I get everyone has bad days and the job can be stressful at times but I was treated very rudely and in a unprofessional manner. I just believe they need to be reminded that just because they're having a hard time they don't need to project that onto their customers.
