- The company states that:"Silk provides a high standard of quality regarding the maintenance of our vehicles. Sometimes there are unforeseen breakdowns. If one of these unforeseen events occurs and the limousine is unable to finish the planned run, Silk will try every effort to repair or replace the limousine in a timely manner. If this cannot occur, a refund may be issued for only the pro-rated amount of time remaining in the run. No other refunds will be awarded for any reason. Please don’t waste your time asking!!!"
