    I placed an order for an item and was charged for it. The company never provided the package to *** and after numerous attempts to contact the company without success I am out the money and the item.

    I did call a local store and they put me in touch with the owner and he issued a refund.

    In the spring of 2023, I began using the Laced app to compete in bidding for sneakers. Over the course of 3 or 4 months, I won 4 pairs. They only ever sent me one pair. I invested about $1000 into the app.I have sent multiple emails over the last 8 months asking about the status of my shoes. I always get an automated response stating that they are experiencing shipping delays. Now the app is no longer functional and there is not a way for me to retrieve the proof of my winnings.

    This app has failed to deliver items on time consecutively over multiple months. In fact every month for the past 3 months they have gone past their window or expected delivery date and always serve up the same poor invalid proof of basis. They make up an excuse to not send out shoes that you outright bid and win and then pay for. They give a **** business days but ALWAYS go over a month to a month and a half. Not only this but the items sometimes come with minor defects or the box has flaws. Laced does not address not ever improve or fix on these situations. Ive paid over a couple thousand dollars on bids with them that expire within 12 months. The way they use their system to withhold items from users wide across the platform as its been validated by others experiencing the same unfair situation.

     The business simply said that they are just going to try harder but they will take into consideration the scenario of what has happened and they still were ***** on the fact that they wouldnt give me back my accountability until I revoked the dispute even though I had every right to do so with the type of services that I received as you can see they havent even been corresponding with me or timely with me in any of the resolutions that they gave me as a contingent so Im very Unhappy

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Laced regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    They banned my account for whistleblowing their 4-5 month extortion with them giving themselves spur of the moment 90 days delay further with no explanation. And without fulfilling paid merchandise which has surmounted to over $1000. Eliminating any bids that they are saying they serviced. Theyve completely stole from me and they are falsely misrepresenting any claims they are making. I submitted enough proof to show they did not fulfill their parts and that they are operating unlawfully. 


    I already submitted this and proof showing that I have been waiting for since May/June and they are extorting me of paid merchandise and have eliminated and taken away bids that are rightfully mines as I paid for it. They are strong arming all customers and not even fulfilling their end when I have been left with a complete loss and its even explained in testimonies in reviews about this app from users who are writing redundant reports that are very similar in claim. Its literally in the app store. You can check the dates to see that its a recent ongoing issue for at least the past half year.
