      We had previously had a contract with this company. we purchased a printer from them in 2014.
      3/4 years ago, we reached out in regards to getting this printer serviced and was told that the printer is so outdated, that they longer make parts for this printer. at that point we asked to not renew our contract, and to terminate the current lease. we chose to go to another company for services. we have since been charged every year for the contract fee, and each year i reach out to them and and send a letter of intent as they have asked for , and they do not return my emails or my calls, i have asked for the issue to be escalated to a supervisor and do not hear back from the company. i have forwarded them past emails having the same conversation and i never get a response back. I end up having to contact the credit card company to dispute and refund the money, each year i send them the email correspondence and after a period of time ******** ******* refunds the money.
      This is bad business practice, the lack of response or answers is very frustrating. And then to continue to charge for a contract that is over 10 years old on equipment we no longer have that is outdated and if we still had would be unable to repair and use.
