The contractor I was using ordered soil from Woodvalley. They showed up 5 hours after they were supposed to, which is what it is, that's on the contractor to deal with. When the driver got here, it took him 10 minutes to get the soil out because he said the controller in the truck was broken. He had to keep pouring hydraulic fluid into the truck, which spilled everywhere on my driveway. He tried to mop it up with some paper towels, so I gave him some spare sand I had in the garage to clean up the spill, which was not enough to cover the spill at all. He told me he was going to bring the truck back and get another vehicle to come right back and properly clean up the spill. A few hours went by and no one came to clean the spill, so I contacted the contractor who proceeded to reach out multiple times that evening about the spill, to which the "dispatcher" (named ***** *******) told him someone was coming right away. As nobody came again that night, the next day, the contractor called again and was again told multiple times they were sending someone right away. Again, nobody came. Finally, 48 hours after they spilled fluids all over my driveway, they sent 2 numbskulls over who walked directly into my backyard (without knocking), grabbed the hose, brought it out front, and proceeded to hose down the driveway before leaving. At no point was I contacted or any acknowledgement given to me, the homeowner, that they were there or asking permission to use the hose. The best part is they didn't even clean the spill in the slightest. It's been several days and the stain is still clearly there. I ended up having to dump down some cat litter and will clean it myself. I will NEVER use Woodvalley for anything and will make sure I check with any future contractors to make sure they're not using them. The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I will be looking into filing a complaint with the town regarding the biohazardous materials they spilled and left in my driveway
