    On March 8, 2023 I signed a contract and paid ************************* from Soho Art Walks/TMJ *************** $200 to participate in 2 art shows ($100 per show). I was told the dates were to be March 25, 2023 and April 15, 2023. The first exhibition was delayed and did not occur until April 21, 2023. In July 2023, I followed up with ****** about the date of the 2nd art exhibition that I pre-paid for and was informed that he was working on it. From July mid-October 2023 I did not hear back from ****** and when I followed up about the date of the next art exhibition, he sent me a flyer for one in November that I was not asked to participate in despite having already paid. At this time, I asked ****** to refund me the $100 and was informed by him that he used the money for his last show and would pay me the following week. November 2023, I followed up with ****** regarding the reimbursement of the $100 and was told to reach out the following Monday. From November 2023 until the current date of February 2024, ****** has continually delayed the reimbursement of $100 and has ADMITTED to using my money to continually reinvest in other art shows and PROFIT from them. Between this period of time, he continued to hold other art shows and collect more deposits from artists, all while not reimbursing me the money that he owes. Lastly, he requests the money be send via PayPal stating Friends and Family as opposed to a Business Transaction. Not knowing the difference, he does that intentionally to not only DEFRAUD PayPal, but also leave his victims with NO RECOURSE as PayPal only covers Friends and Family payments for 3 months. Looking back, the delayed timing of the initial art show all works out in his favor to ensure the money cant be taken back. I have been informed that ****** owes money to other people and while $100 is not a large sum of money, in aggregate, he is stealing A LOT more money.
