    Hello! I am writing to say I NEVER had any trouble ordering and receiving packages from this store! **************** always friendly and helpful. Have ordered a few times from them. Prices are reasonable and service was fast. Reliable.

    The owner of the store, or website is very devious because he offers charges on shipping fees. He claims that the order is coming by *** or ***** but it was sent by ************* ************** instead a cheaper way of shipping anything and he charges double on the shipment, I complain to him about it but he disregarded my concerns and I did tell him that such charges beers on the line of fraudulent.

    ****************** placed an order with OTC on Sept 15, 2022. It shipped out on Sept. 20. One item was missing--a $28.95 32 oz cleanser--on backorder but even after many weekly phone calls and being told that it would be put in the mail I have yet to receive it. At one point I was told it was discontinued and I would be reimbursed on my credit card. That was the 1st of November 2022 at which time I started having many purchases on my credit card that were not made by me! I was totally ripped off! If I could leave less than one star for this company I definitely would! I just hope no one else gets ripped off like this!
