    Nature of dispute is that this business told me I was being charged an extra 100.00 by the umbrella company ****** *********** I planned to dispute this charge with ****** *********** When Hands on Movers (Giovanni P**** asked me for a review, I told him I would wait to review him until I spoke with ****** *********** He then bombarded us with calls late into the night and begged me to not call them. He said he would be penalized. I asked why I should help him avoid penalty when we were the ones who were overcharged. He continued to beg me and blame ****** *********** When I spoke with ****** ****, they stated that everything Giovanni told me was incorrect and that he created the extra charge. Giovanni told us that he would fall on his sword and only charge us 100.00, instead of the extra 200.00 that ****** ****/***** wanted to charge. ****** ****/***** confirmed all of this is false. Giovanni continued to tell me what a beautiful person I am and that he was doing me a favor. I spent over 50.00 to buy Giovanni and his partner Isaac lunch despite him being half a day late to the job. I had no idea that he would then proceed to be deceptive and create unauthorized charges and blame the umbrella company. In the following attachments, you can see the text messages and hear the voicemail where Giovanni has strung us along promising he will pay. There are also screenshots of the bombardment of calls that began to concern us as he appeared volatile and we were advised to no longer answer by ****** *********** There is also a screenshot from ****** **** stating that we are well within our rights. There is also a voicemail attached where Giovanni stated he already reimbursed us and would seek legal action for the review I left him after giving him 60 days to follow through on the reimbursement he promised.
