    Absolutely terrible! I had ½ an angus cow that was butchered by this place. Every cut is really way too thin & not what we ordered. Roughly 1/2” at best was the thickness we received & I ordered sirloin at 3/4-1” (did not want bones but all have bone in), tenderloins (we should have received a whole tenderloin with half a cow) were ordered at 1-1.5” thick minimum & we ended up with 3 pathetic tenderloin cuts maybe equaling 2 inches total (each smaller than a deck of cards). It’s like they kept half our order for themselves. We ended up with 3 packages of stew meat (we ordered mainly stew meat over ground) and still received 2 boxes of ground beef. Never ordered soup bones but magically ended up with soup bones as well. Should have been stew meat instead without bones! 6 people I know have had horrible cuts & “will NEVER use them again.” We should have asked around before using because as soon as we did all feedback was negative. I’d like to know where our good steaks are, our tenderloin that’s missing and why we have so many bones when we never ordered anything but a few large cut dog bones, which we don’t have either. The others that bought the 2nd half plus a 2nd cow are not happy either.
