    This body shop claimed we need to replace transmission cause drive shaft seal was on the inside. 5,735.49 was charged. Our drivers shaft seal is on the side of the transmission 2017 ***** ********. Not only was the job not done they used silicone to place tranny cooler on plastic bottom part car to hold the cooler in place. We also had to replace thermostat they never put coolant back in car and over heated car blew our thermostat. Power steering is also not working. The owner trying blame the mechanic we are not the one customer going thru this. This shop should not be operating unless there is license professional mechanics they are collecting money of our cars a ruining our cars they need to be fully investigated we are asking refund and repair as well!!!!!!!! We also have pictures of tranny cooler hanging an bent of our car receipt of 200$ thermostat fixed drivers shaft seal is not fixed

    I am responding to this complain knowing and acknowledging that there was issue of power steering pump failure on the vehicle, and that there no issue on the transmission which was  the  only work we did on the vehicle, however i have to acknowledged my responsibility to  fixed  the vehicle. even if was not the part of the vehicle we should be responsible for. The vehicle had been fixed, delivered and handover to the complainer. 

    I want to say the complainer lied about the car, my shop always welcome any issue the we are responsible for, we encouraged customer to bring to us if the work we did is troublesome. we always take care problem that our customer bring to us with honesty.  in this case all issue of the vehicle has been resolved.

    On November 23, 2022 I went to Aamco Total Care and spoke and conducted business with Cyprian Mekembe ( owner) I was quoted for a transmission replacement of $6100+ I didn't have 6k, so we applied for financing through ******* and was approved for 5,000 and had to pay the remaining of $1200 which was paid in cash. I was told 3 days for repairs, the repairs were done. I picked up my 2013 ****** **********. Literally 3 weeks afterwards my truck started doing a jerking motion while driving and transmission fluid was leaking from the transmission line. I took the truck back and was told the line and clamps were replaced. Days later the jerking motion returned. My truck has been sitting at the shop since Dec/ Jan. I was told 1 transmission flush had been performed and once a test drive was made, when the oil heats up the truck won't operate more than 10 miles per hour. Since then I have been expressing my concerns and confronting the owner about my truck. My transmission has warranty for parts & labor. I was told that he had no money to keep purchasing transmission fluid from the dealership to flush the transmission out to see if the warranty would be honored from Nissan. Since Jan I have been renting cars to get from point A to B and Cyprian keeps saying he has no money, nor is trying to compensate what his shop did or didn't do.

    My name is Cyprian Mbeke the owner of AAMCO Transmission located on **** ****** Avenue Depew New York, first of all I wanted to Thanks you for let me know about the case or the complain. the lady Miss ******* ****** was a Customer who shows up here to repair a transmission job. she was referred here by one of my technician who I have hired to work for me.  We did her Job and everything was good at the moment the technician who introduce her was the one that physically performed the service on the vehicle  after 2 month  she hard complain about the vehicle which I told her to return the vehicle to the shop which she did. looking at the vehicle is not a problem. at this point I was waiting for her to discuss what she want to do with the car she never call. Secondly, Mister Kenan J****** was the Technician that brought this lady and He is the Technician that was working on the Vehicle and was working for me. He introduce her as a formal customer and never introduce her as a Girlfriend, but after few days  realized that both of them was going out together as as a girlfriend partner. I did complained about it. and ask her if both of them has anything to do with each other and she said they are just a friend. Yesterday being the 3/15/2023 Mister Kenan J****** was fired from the job because He was not showing up at work, sometime he will skip job for 5 day no call no show , some time he will only show at 1 day in a week, show up late every day work 4 hours a week  and my weekly lose is $19,000, so now that I finally fired him, on Wednesday the 3/15/2023. However, I want to say the reason behind her complain now is because both of them is girlfriend and his is fired form the job which was not even trying to do better, both of them are conniving to come up with this issue. I have no problem with on any level, she can contact me anytime to talk about the vehicle and let us see what to do. I am here to discuss it with BBB official if day want investigate the matter. my direct phone number is ###-###-####.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    Please keep in mind my truck has been at this shop since early February and " now im next in que" for service. This location isn't busy at all, if the current techs can't complete the work then my truck should be referred to a reliable competent business such as a dealer and the cost is upon AAMCO. I have been without a vehicle for months and it's affecting myself from catering the normal way. I recommended the shop to offer me a rental while the " service" is being done.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Cyprian didn't not pay in full for the labor. The labor was $2717.59  Cyprian said he will only pay 1000.00 and nothing more. He paid the 1000.00 and I had to pay the remaining balance.  I shouldn't of had to pay anything, it was aamco decision to take the truck to the dealership to get fixed  because he had no staff to complete the job.
