I spoke with Matt T**** after I saw his yard sign offering driveway plowing services at $325. per season. He agreed to take me on as a client but did not ask me any questions about the job. Sometime in September Matt's associate came her for me to sign the contract. She asked if Matt would start the plow from the gate to the street but I said no, I wanted him to plow from the garage to the street. There was no mention of gates in the contract and I didn't see Matt come out to look over the area. The first snow storm was in November. Matt came but got stuck on the apron of the driveway. I tried to offer help but he said that the appliance I had wouldn't help. Just going to his truck I fell three or four times. i have severe spinal stenosis with weakness in both legs and have fallen several times on clear pavement. I have other medical conditions that make physical activity difficult. That day he was able to plow my driveway up to a few feet from the garage and through the gate without difficulty. I wanted to talk. to him about the job but he was angry and left before I had a chance. The next bad storm was a few weeks later. It snowed all day but Matt never came during the day or evening hours. Thinking he wasn't coming I closed the gate and went to bed. The next morning I saw that Matt came to plow sometime over night, mainly the apron of the driveway but left six or seven feet of snow on the street side of the gate. I couldn't get out but was able to make a one person path through the snow but fell several times trying to walk on the slick street. I called Matt twice and begged him to help me with the heavy frozen snow blocking my gate, but he didn't respond. I left him a message stating that I did not want him to plow for me and I wanted a refund. The season is over but I still want a refund. I never experience anything like this before. I was afraid something would happen to me physically or mentally and was at a loss for help.
