            I contacted Integrated Capital Recovery LLC today because it has been over a year and the account I paid off was still showing up on my three credit bureaus. I was told they changed their business name. I was told on numerous occasions that after paying off the debt the card would be removed from all three credit bureaus. I have email document proof of the administrative assistant Amber C******* it would be handle. It has been a year and nothing was handle. The representative that answers the phone was RUDE, COMBATIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND VERY CHILDISH. I asked him repeatedly can he transferred me to another person and he refused. I am I hung up and called back and he answered the phone"hello again" like he was screening my calls. I want to report this company which is a FRAUD and file a civil complaint! I want my money back for paying off debt. I rather pay the original credit entity myself.
