  Judi helped me sell two houses in the Albany area. She did a great job setting pricing, getting the house staged, marketing, and communication. Since I was no longer living in the area, her team helped find contractors to make necessary repairs and managed that process. I would definitely choose Gabler realty if I needed to sell another house in the capital region

  Gabler Realty is a top-notch real estate firm. As an out-of-state seller of an inherited home, I needed a tremendous amount of guidance and support to prepare the home for sale. Judi and the Gabler team jumped in and offered suggestions for every step in the process. Their knowledge of the Capital District market helped me make all the right decisions to get the home ready for sale within a few months and sold in record time. Selling a home after the passing of a relative is a difficult journey. The Gabler team was compassionate, helpful, and professional. I would recommend them without reservation.

  It was a pleasure to work with Judi and her team. Judi is the consummate professional. She is considerate, caring, energized and above all a joy to work with. She kept us involved at every turn during a sometimes difficult sale of rental properties by always working in our best interests. I have told people who have asked me about our experience that Gabler Realty is who to contact when selling a property. Judi's concern for our welfare was always her number one concern. She is not just a realtor, but a good, kind friend.

  We sold our parent’s home after they were there for 60 years. Judy was so kind and compassionate during a very emotional time for my brother, sister and myself. Her team are professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Gabler Realty to anyone. It was a pleasure to work with Judy and her team!

  I could not praise Judi and her team enough. My house sold before it was even listed, but it still needed minor repairs. Judi has connections with all sorts of contractors. These people were on the job quickly to get the little things fixed. Whenever i had questions Judi was quick to answer my texts, phone calls, and e-mails. If I ever have another house to sell I will definitely go to Judi and her team.

  Judi is amazing! We used her to sell my Mom’s old house, but her new one and then sell it when she passed. Judi was professional and has connections with everyone from the roof expert, to the estate sale company and everything in between! She handled everything from start to finish, while being compassionate and professional. We are so appreciative of her, because she handled everything, and allowed us to focus on our grief rather than all the minute details and complications of selling a house.

  Judi and her team are efficient and extremely responsive to their clients. Selling our home of many years was difficult for us, but she kept us informed and supported all along the process. Once the sale was complete, we realized they all felt more like friends than business associates!

  Judi Gabler and her team are the ultimate professionals. I don’t say this lightly. I am a world traveler and have worked with top executives, university leaders all over the globe. Judi is absolutely world class in everything she does with great expertise in the local markets. From the start to finish of the whole selling process, she took care of everything with great precision, timing, execution and full-fledged resources and know-how.   If I could give Judi Gabler more than a 5 star rating I would. Judi knew exactly what we needed to get our house ready for market and she connected us with multiple contractors, ensuring that we would get the best price for the needed repairs. She kept us on track to get the house on the market as fast as possible. As a result of the hard work of Judi and her team, we ended up getting 4 offers above our asking price within 3 days of putting the house on the market. Gabler Realty is great.
