      This company does not respond to multiples emails and voicemails requesting a return authorization number. The product I order is too large and I need to exchange it for another size. It is extremely frustrating how they ignore their customers. I should known better becausen I contacted them in early October asking to help me to place and order and nobody replied to those messages either. I can provide copy of my emails and phone call log to prove that I have contacted them several times.

      I returned 4 UNOPENED ITEMS to them for EXCHANGE, I ordered the wrong compression socks.They received them on 9/15/22, I have their e-mail.Their Return # is *****. The original order # was ********** (8/30/22)Since 9/15 I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM.I sent them an e-mail on 10/6. NO RESPONSE I called the phone #************ - ONLY VOICEMAIL - LEFT MESSAGE - NEVER A RESPONSE AT THIS POINT - DESIRE REFUND FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

      I placed an order from ************************ on Aug. 18, 2022. I ordered the wrong size of compression socks and have been trying to contact the company for an exchange for the right size. I have been emailing and calling them at ************. I have started to call and email them daily as they have never contacted me. I emailed them from their website and then from my email address. These stockings cost $75 dollars and I need to have these socks for my husband who had a stroke. The order number is ***********All I want to get the correct size.

      I ordered three pairs of compressions stocking for my husband. Two pairs were identical except for color. He tried one of these and they were not comfortable so we decided to return the pair unworn. I submitted a return request in early august and the response back was to please wait for a follow up email to process. That did not happen. I called x3 and sent an email to their mailbox. To date I have not received any correspondence on how to proceed. I have subsequently purchased more stockings and received them immediately. I just want someone to tell me how to return these for a refund

      The transaction (Order #*******-CS) was placed on 12 July 2022, 9:52:19 AM. The order was for five types of compression stockings (a total of five stockings). The order was filled using three different shipments. First to arrive was a shipment of three and subsequently two separate single package shipments.For the remainder of this input, I'll refer to Compressionstockings.com as the "company".I opted to return, for refund, the first received three items. The remaining two items from the order had yet to arrive. I used the company's website instructions to request a return for refund. I did this well within the company's return policy.On 16 July 2022, I received a message from the company acknowledging my "return request". The company referred to this as, "Return #*****".On July 18, 2022, I contacted the company (via e-mail) stating the following, " I am concerned as Ill be leaving for an extended trip starting tomorrow (19 July @ **** EST). My concern is that I will not have received any instruction to return all my orders items in time prior to my departure. Ill be gone for two weeks and dont want my time away to negatively impact my ability to return these items. Please let me know when if I can expect to hear from Compression Stockings tomorrow morning. If not, I return from my trip on 02 Aug. Can I return my items at that time for a full refund to my credit card?"On both 02 and 16 August, I received an "update" message from the company informing me that only two of the three stockings would be refunded regarding "Return #*****". There was no reference at all to the third stocking of this return request.On 05 and 12 August respectively, I received a "Pending" and "Approved return messages (Return #*****).On 05 August, I e-mailed the company asking for a shipping address to return all five stockings.Subsequent to 05 August, I have attempted several calls and e-mails to the company. No one picks up the phone and no e-mail replies.

      On July 7, 2022, I ordered a pair of Jobst ***** mmHg knee high compression stockings ($70.62) and 2 bottles of Sigvaris It Stays glue ($17.98) Order #**********. The stockings were too small. I am not even sure they were the size I ordered. They came in a Jobst box but no Jobst tag in the stockings. I've tried to Chat with them, but I get an email screen saying to contact them that way. I have called them and get a message that the number is not accepting calls. Today, however, (8/29/22) I called ************. The recording said all agents were busy and then said calls weren't being accepted. I have sent several emails asking for papers to return the stockings but no response from them. I paid by credit card and want a credit for the $70,62 put on it.

      ON JULY 26 I PLACED AN ORDER FOR KNEE HIGH MODERATE COMPRESSION SOCKS. THE WARRANTY ALLOWS A CLIENT 30 DAYS TO CHECK THEM OUT. ALL UNWANTED ***** MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. IN ORDER TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU MUST FIRST OBTAIN A **** I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO REACH THIS COMPANY TO GET AN **** I HAVE EMAILED THEM, I HAVE CALLED THEM(NO ONE ANSWERS), AND LEFT MY NUMBER AND ORDER NUMBER AND REQUESTED THE **** I HAVE EVEN CALLED THE MANUFACTURER TO NO AVAIL. I NEED HELP IN GETTING THIS COMPANY TO GIVE ME AN RA# SO I CAN RETURN THE ***** AND BE REIMBURSED.

      I ORDERED TWO PAIR OF SOCKS FROM THIS COMPANY. I E-MAILED THEM AND THEY SENT ME THE *** I NEEDED TO RETURN THEM. ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE THEY RECEIVED MY RETURN, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND ON MY CREDIT CARD. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL AND EVERY TIME IT SAYS THIS MAILBOX CAN'T ACCEPT MORE MESSAGES. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO MY E-MAILS EITHER. THE AMOUNT THAT NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED IS $79.96. I CHECKED THE TRACKING NUMBER ON THE SLIP FROM THE POST OFFICE (I SENT THEM BACK ON 07/08/22) AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO THEM ON 07/11/22.

      On June 18, 2022 I ordered a pair of compression stockings for my husband and 2 pairs for myself. The shipment arrived within a week and everything was there. However, the pair for my husband was in the wrong size. It was probably my mistake, but I wanted to rectify it or get a refund. I paid $68.76 for the stockings. My order number is #*******-CS I wrote 3 emails to CompressionStockings.com; 2 to the email address included in the package and 1 to the address listed on their website, asking how we could make an exchange. I heard nothing back.I went to their website and tried to click on the "Live Chat" and "Phone" buttons, but they don't work. Today when I called the number listed on the BBB website for them, the answering machine said they weren't accepting any more messages.
