    I thought ***** and his team were very polite and professional up until it was time to leave my review and feedback on my experience. Let me start by saying my experience was a total disaster and I would not recommend this company to anyone that I know.***** sold me on his home protection plan which included 360 perimeter check of my home and included sealing gaps, cracks, and entry points or so I was told. It also included quarterly visits and follow **** or so I was told. ***** wouldnt even get out of his vehicle until he was paid in full and up front. Scheduling was another nightmare- I kid you not, ***** was either late for every appointment or he did not show up at all. I would clear my schedule and make arrangements just to be left waiting. The few times ***** would actually show up, He would walk around for five minutes and then tell me hed be back in two weeks for a follow up. I can assure you he would never come back voluntarily and he would never follow up. I spent over a year chasing this man down and he would never have my number saved so I would always have to re-introduce myself and explain my situation. at the end of the day, my pest problem is unresolved and Im in need of a new company. Total waste of time and money.
