(I WISH YOU COULD GIVE ZERO STARS BECAUSE THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY) Royal ****** told us over the phone on Monday 3/4/24 to bring in our vehicle for an appointment at 8 AM on Friday 3/8/24. They also told us on the phone that we would be able to get a loaner car when we dropped the car off. Fast forward to today, Friday, 3/8/24, we arrive at 8 AM to drop off the car and are rudely told that the appointment for the car was not until 1 PM. It would have been fine if they were going to let us get a loaner car like they initially said over the phone on Monday, and we could have been quickly on our way after dropping the car off. Then we (my family) are very rudely told that we cannot get a loaner car because we do not have a major credit card. THEY NEVER SAID THIS ON THE PHONE ON MONDAY, IF THEY DID, WE WOULD NEVER HAVE WENT THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. So I had to demand to talk to the idiot "manager", who just continued like a robot, repeating that they cannot give a loaner car out because we don't have a major credit card. So then I ask to talk to the spineless coward "general manager" and he again, like a robot, repeats the rules of their horrible dealership and says there is "NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT IT". I have never seen bigger a$$holes than the "general manager" and the "manager".. they had no concern that we are loyal customers who have done much business with them over the years. Joe Reagan is a coward for hiring people who completely lack basic service and human skills. Will be hilarious when life catches up with these poor excuses for "business people".

I took my ***** ********* in on 5/09/23 for error codes involving the brake system. He told me there were no codes. My vehicle had 35906 miles on it. Today 5/15/23 I took it back in for the same exact problem and Brian M***** told me in front of two other service writers that it was not under warranty because my vehicle was now over the 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Today he said there were codes on my previous visit but they cleared them. I had to take my truck to a different dealer that honored my extended warranty because Brian said they did not do business with the company I had my warranty through. He said they didn't pay their bills.
