    I think most complaints concerning this company is because of misunderstanding the contract. I bought in to MAGFAST 5 yrs ago. Knowing it was gonna be awhile before ANYTHING WAS SHIPPED. This product was in development , getting all the kinks out, when I bought in. I knew READING ALL THE PRINT , it was gonna be awhile before shipping anything. They had NO PRODUCTS ON THE ***** IN STORAGE. I received some of my purchase last year. I got 3 items in that shipment. Very happy with my purchase and their products. I even bought more charging cables from them. This was / is a START UP COMPANY. From ground up. I knew this from day one. I am waiting for the rest of my shipment as I type this. I am VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCTS. I listened to some of their BREAKING NEWS podcast. No I did not reinvest in their product development. I am happy with what I have, and my remaining products to be delivered . Take the time to read and UNDERSTAND everything printed. This company IS NOT A SCAM, Im sorry for the folks who think it is. This was an INVESTMENT IN A COMPANY MAKING CHARGERS AND CHARGING equipment. Thank you ****************** for the great product..

    Magfast is definitely a scam. Ordered 2 wall chargers as pre order January 18th, 2019, and they have yet to fulfill the order. I am in the process of checking my credit card statements to see if they charged anything to them, but this is taking some time due to the age. They stole an hour of my time in exchange for a sample product, which they never delivered on.

    With all due respect this review is entirely false. however, we agree this was, an unfortunate preorder experience. This customer voluntarily came to an online livestream where we introduced our new MAGFAST Charger products that were part of a crowdfunded push. We offered a free product to anyone who came to our event if they paid for the shipping. The products were to be shipped once we completed development and production. It looks like this customer attempted to claim 2 of the free products, even though there was a limit of one per customer. He did not make a payment of any kind. We were very upfront about the pre-order status of the project and that there would be a lengthy wait for them. We also kept everyone up to date on the challenges we were facing in bringing these products to market through regular livestream and email updates. The challenge was with early manufacturing. This has changed. MAGFAST no longer accepts preorders and all orders are now shipped from stock. Any customer whose preorder was not completely fulfilled is receiving credits for double the full retail value of unshipped product whether they paid for a product or it was a bonus gift. During a recent livestream attended by thousands of our customers our CEO personally took full responsibility and outlined these major changes: **********************************************************************. The Magbucks vouchers are taking a little longer than anticipated due to the data audit and will be ready shortly and posted in the Shopify accounts as soon as they are. ******** care is working hard to catch up. We are in touch with this customer directly. As we make these difficult changes, we respectfully ask for patience as our small team works to give all our customers the experience you deserve.

    I had the same experience as the other negative reviews. I ordered, waited over 2 years, and nothing. I kept emailing to check on the shipping, but always the same story about production delays. Meanwhile, ** constantly getting emails to buy new products from them.

    I placed a pre-order on April 23 2020. I requested a few updates as time went on but hadnt received a batch number or anything concrete regarding a ship date. I was told on April 26 2023 that I could receive a refund if I wanted. I declined at that point and decided to wait a bit longer. It has been another year now and I have been patient but I no longer want to wait. I officially requested a refund on April 13 2024. I received a response stating Unfortunately, our customer care team does not have any additional information to provide at this time and we are unable to help with any changes to your account. I sent a 2nd request on April 16 2024 stating this was not debatable and received the same response back stating they are unable to help with any changes to the account. I tried to file a complaint on this website (BBB) but am unable to without first leaving a review. Well, heres my review. I am extremely unhappy and would like a full refund immediately.

    Placed a preorder with Magfast in June of 2021, patiently waited until they gave a shipment date (October of 2023). It took them till January (if I remember correctly) to update that the preorder wasn't actually going to be shipped at the prior date. They wouldn't give any real updates, they just said "check out the status page for updates on shipping". They have been creating other products since I pre-ordered hat they did preorders and completed delivery on. They gave away charging cables and all kinds of stuff to new customers, but those of us waiting in the dark recieved nothing. Now, it sounds like they have been bought out and have "new news" for us. Not excited, I probably won't recieve anything and even if I do it will be outdated by the time I recieve it. Awful company, ******* scammed ** all.

    It pains me and disappoints me all at the same time but I am compelled to post this review after receiving a "tease" email from the owner ***************************. My initial purchase was made back on February 28, 2022 (for those not counting that's 25.5 months ago). I attended one of their very frequent 'dog and pony" video calls and I was all in $626 worth) and excited to not only use the products but at the same time support small business.Obviously, I wouldn't be posting this review if I had received the products in a timely fashion. In my opinion 1-2 months of waiting would be acceptable but that has not been the case as I am still waiting, waiting, waiting. What is really the most annoying fact is the ability for MagFast to continue to draw people into their lair of deceit with additional new products and the ability to draw more people into funding MagFast existence by investing. Oh did I mention, most of those new products (to my knowledge) have been delivered before the tremendous backlog of initial purchases have been fulfilled. Yes, that does mean there are other people similar to me who invested and still have not received their purchase.So, unfortunately I feel compelled to write to the BBB and express my disappointment with the owner of MagFast and warn people in advance to not make the same mistake I did.

    Placed a preorder from Magfast back in 2019 after watching some seminar. Never received item after several years waiting. Contacted them and just get the run around. I feel like this is definitely a scam now and will never get my charger or money back.

    This is a scam. I ordered in August of 2019 and they refuse to reply to emails. They continue selling to new customers without satisfying existing orders.

    Placed a pre-order on 3/23/2019 and have received nothing. Ive read dozens of update emails, Ive been patient, Ive tried to contact multiple times only to be told to wait yet another year. I absolutely understand the process, *** backed SEVERAL startup projects (including tech ones) so one year, I can almost understand, but more than five? Thats absolutely unacceptable. As I stated in my first communication with them, if you have to perfect a tech product, it would never be released. Tech changes overnight; its unrealistic to think you could perfect something, as even the best tech products have new versions. Not only is the wait insane, but the fact that customers who have placed pre-orders after me have received products, and I have not. Nor would they approve my refund request. Im still not convinced that this isnt a complete scam.
