Hello. We demand compensation for our drain pipes breaking. We been using your products for a year and it barely even got rid of the clog ever and then now our entire basement is flooding with kitchen sink drain water from a broken drain pipe in the kitchen sink. the plumber is saying its the cause of drain cleaner eating the pipes and corroded it and made a hole. now we cant even use the kitchen sink and everything is messed up. the plumber wants $2500 to fix the ENTIRE problem and of course nobody has that money laying around. I demand you fix this issue asap with a check or something. I will never use your drain cleaning products ever again. Ive attached images with ALL the proof needed. I am writing in regards to a 2 pack of of Green Gobbler Drain Clog ********************************** for Toilets, Sinks, Showers Septic-Safe, 31 oz that I had purchased recently. When I opened one of the bottles there were numerous metal shavings and shards in the bottle so I threw it away. Then I opened the second bottle and the same issue several metal shards and shavings in the bottle when I poured it. I contacted Green Gobbler via phone and spoke to a customer service agent and explained my situation and told her about both of the bottles. She said she would send out replacement bottles. Once ***** delivered the package there was only one bottle in the package not two as promised. I used the bottle to try to unclog my bathroom sink and it did not work at all.. I belive its made the situation worse because of the metal shards and shavings that were in the two previous bottles that I only poured a small amount into my bathroom sink. I contacted Green Gobbler today and spike to the same customer service representative. I told her I wanted something stronger to clear my drain and also told her she had only shipped me one bottle and not two. She cursed me on the phone and called me a liar and said she wasn't sending me anything. I also told her I was just going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and she laughed and said go ahead and do it. This whole situation is ridiculous. This company is ripping people off. They also state they stand behind their products. Which is a lie. If this problem isn't solved through the Better Business Bureau. I am going to be filing complaints against this company with the ************************ and the ************************* in their area. I will also be posting my experience and problem with this company on all social media websites such as ******** Instagram and ********* Also I will be filing a defective product liability lawsuit against this company due to the metal shards and shavings that went into my drain seeking compensation for a licensed plumbers bill. I want a product that is going to unclog my drain from them due to this experience and if I am not provided a product from this company. We did send you a replacement product for the product even though you did not provide sufficient information that we needed including, lot code, photos of what you are attributing to the product, or your receipt. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved the company is doing nothing but lying. They did not replace both of the bottles as I stated. I also gave them all the information that they needed. It was 2 bottles of the product that was supposed to have been replaced. Because it was a two pack. Not just one bottle. The original bottles I had purchased had metal shavings and shards in the bottles when I poured them in my drain. Which I believe had added to the issue of my clogged drain.If this company would quit lying and just admit what they have done I wouldn't have filed this case in the first place. Also I have seen hundreds of posts on social media that this company just scams customes with their money back guarantee. I want an apology for being cursed by the companies sales representative and being hung up on. Also I want the second bottle that was supposed to be replaced in the first place sent to me. Along with something stronger that's going to clear my drain. If this is not done in a timely manner. I also will be filing complaints against this company with the ************************ and the ************************* also the Consumer ************************** Then I will post this incident on all social media websites such as ******** Instagram and Facebook. Also I will call a licensed plumber and make this lying company pay the bill because I will contact my attorney regarding this. All I ask is the company replace my product with something stronger that's going to clear my drain. Also if not I pray no other consumer's fall victim to this companies scamming and lying ways. I asked Eco Clean Solutions for its "Money Back Guarantee" on Green Gobbler POWDER PLUNGER Toilet Bowl Clog Remover that I had purchased. Eco Clean Solutions sent me a form to fill out and offered me a refund in the form of a ********** or Amazon ****** Card. This is not giving me my "Money Back", since I don't shop at either of these merchants. I request a **genuine** "refund" via cash or check.I discovered that on Feb. 10, 2022, BBB's ***************************** recommended that ******************** aka Eco Clean Solutions, modify or discontinue some of its advertising claims.************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Thus, it is not surprising that BBB gave Eco Clean Solutions an "F" rating.Business Response
