I recently purchased my home and was in the search for a contractor that could help with some upgrades. I was recommended by a friend to use ******* and I was not disappointed. After walking through my home ******* helped me come up with a plan to update the home. He installed new kitchen cabinetry for me which included custom corner cabinets and refrigerator panel. He also installed all new base trim around my entire home. His craftsmen skills can not be matched. The transition detail between the base trim to our staircase trim is seamless, truly a craftsmen. He also installed all new doors throughout my home which included creating a custom door to our crawlspace. Having a baby, I was on a tight deadline to get into my home. ******* worked with me, working on weekends and working till midnight during the week. I'm very happy with our home now and will be using him for future projects.

I used Charles Thomas Construction last year to design a handicapped bathroom for my husband that had been diagnosed with ALS, He was very knowledgeable on all the *** ,requirements and designed a beautiful fully functioning handicapped accessible bathroom He was a pleasure to work with and His crew was neat and efficient throughout the entire project I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs renovations in their home.******* **

We had a very positive experience with Charles Thomas Construction. Charles completely transformed our ranch style home into a two story home, including opening up the main floor and renovating the kitchen. Charles always followed through on everything we discussed with him and he was easy to communicate with throughout the job. He walked us through every step and made sure we were happy with everything along the way. He does beautiful work and has great attention to detail. He is also very knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions when we asked his opinion about things to choose. We would highly recommend him!

We called Charles Thomas Construction when we were ready to remodel our kitchen based off of his work on our porch a few years earlier. It was built to perfection so we knew he would have the proper attention to detail on a kitchen reno. He made every step of the process easy and stress free. He stuck to our budget, and if we wanted extras we knew in advance the cost so there were no surprises at the end of the project. Due to COVID there were occasional small changes (ex: the product normally used as pantry shelves were nowhere to be found so we had to improvise) because of product availability, but he always kept us in the loop and and found a quick and perfect alternative to solve the problem. He made this major project as stress free as a renovation could be. All expectations were exceeded when he was finished. I still feel like I am on vacation when I walk into my house. I would highly recommend CTC to anyone who wants an amazing renovation and quality construction work.

Charles of Charles Thomas Construction is the ultimate craftsman and the only contractor that I would trust to start and finish any job, big or small, in my home. As of today, he has completed 7 different projects, including entire room renovations in my home with professionalism and attention to detail. He is creative,innovative and problem solves well when needed.Takes pride in his work and I am proud to recommend him to others based on the high quality of his work, reliability and fair pricing. Charles and his crew are simply the best!! We have done many project with him over the past 13 years. From start to finish each project well exceeded our expectations. Our last project which was our biggest and longest came out amazing. We purposely chose Charles because I knew he would turn my vision into an amazing reality. His knowledge and resources made available to us for the project as well as any extras we added were above and beyond. He offered his men to paint to help us get in quicker. A true stand up guy. We have built such a great relationship with him over the years he is always our go to guy. His communication was top notch and he was always available to us. He even assisted us with an emergency on a sewage line that had nothing to do with him!! I recommend ******* and his crew to anyone looking for any home renovations as he has done all types for us from basements renovation with new flooring and home movie theater, complete first floor remodel with wall removal and beams installed for a dream kitchen, siding and windows, roofing, bathrooms and impeccable molding work he is your guy!!
