Install June 2024, price $38,000. We have had issues with them from the beginning . This pool was installed incorrectly ... wavey walls, wall depth fluctuations , and the most egregious of all, we cannot stand on the bottom of the pool as the liner has shards of portland cement protruding upwards into the liner. Craig P******** (Owner of Picture Perfect Pools) even admitted the bottom of the pool was installed improperly, but blamed the cement company. Really?! We would appreciate any assistance before pursuing legal action against Picture Perfect pools as they have gone radio silent. Please help!

Response taken by phone:  Other sellers beware. The customer is a scammer and has posted fake pictures.

These photos are the finished product of the pool install. (Attached)

All walls string lined, concrete footer around the pool and all staked out right from manufacturer specification's. I have the same photos that were submitted to you, YELP, and google. I take photos every step of the way. I have more photos than anyone can imagine. So of course I have photos of the walls on day 1 wavy and so on like ***** has said. His photos, submitted from day 1 are in no way a resemblance of our work. They took photos after we left the property and are using false photos and doesn’t resemble the finished product what so ever.

Another complaint of his was us running the plumbing between the deck supports and the a-frames, which every single pool company I’ve ever seen does them the same way we do. Which was the one photos submitted up close of the pool wall. Which you will also see in the photos how we run the plumbing between them, mind you we have been installing pools since 1970.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Not sure how these people from Picture Perfect pools sleep at night knowing they have installed our pool that has a bottom that you cannot even stand on. We invite anybody to come and see what a shoddy job was done. Notice how they didn't even bring up the bottom. Our pictures will be presented in the court of law and picture perfect pools will end up losing big time. We even have recorded phone conversations with the owner Craig P******** admitting that the bottom of the pool was not correct and him blaming the cement company. Really? Blaming the cement company is not the way to go. Picture perfect pools should be held liable... It is a joke to us when they say they have been installing pools since 1970! They may have installed many above ground pools, but not many Inground. Obviously, we have a rock solid case and we have hired an attorney and will be moving forward with litigation. Just wanted everyone to know that picture perfect pools is not so perfect and does not stand behind their workmanship.

    Regards,
