    Elysium Health has a product called Matter. I have asked that Elysium stop sending me Matter as I already have four "bottles" of it. So what happens today? I receive another container of Matter.Each shipment costs me about $50. So what shows up today Thurs, Feb. 1, 2024 -- another shipment of Matter. Unbelievable.

    I can confirm that your cancellation request for Matter sent on January 28, 2024 was processed and completed. We also processed a refund for the transaction that was processed on January 27, 2024.

    I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but have forgotten my password . So I go to reset my password and never receive a link to reset , yes I have checked my spam , but nothing . I try and call but no one picks up. Its been months and still they keep charging my account . I have tried several times to reset my password to cancel my subscription, nothing works and no one answers the phone calls.

    I'm sorry that you've been having issues logging into your account.  It seems that you never created an account, which is why a password reset was never sent.  I've included a screenshot of how to do that.  Note that it is possible to have an active subscription without ever creating an account on our website.

    Regarding your subscription, it has been cancelled.  No more charges will be processed.

    I looked for previous communication from you but have never received an email from the address ********************** and the last time we received a phone call from was **************.  It seems that maybe you were not contacting the correct number.  Our phone number, as is listed on our website, is **************.  Our email address is *******************************.  All emails are answered within 24 hours and the majority see a reply within 2 hours during business hours.  We support live phones from **** EST Monday - Friday.
