    When you leave a computer for repair, instead of saying he’ll notify you when it’s done like any decent repair business, he tells you to come back on a future day, and when you do the repair is not done and he gives you another day, and again it is not done, etc. as many as 4 times. The last time I brought in a computer that my monitor didn’t work with and when he finally claimed it was done he also claimed he had done something to the USB ports and charged me for both. When I got home it turned out he didn’t do anything about the monitor problem, and I don’t believe he did anything to the USB ports, there was nothing wrong with them to begin with and I didn’t authorize him to mess with them. It was a lie he made up to jack up the amount of his bill. In fact he didn’t do anything at all with my computer but took my money. Unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest, worst repair shop I’ve ever used.

    Insight Computers was my computer technical support for many years when I lived in upstate NY. Six years ago we moved 2400 miles NW to SW Montana. While we do have a number of excellent computer service centers in nearby Bozeman, I continue to work with Insight Computers due to Frank's and his staff's broad based knowledge and very strong customer support.
    Even with the logistical demands imposed by the existing distance, I find it well worth it to continue my long sanding relationship with Insight Computers.
